Beachfront vacation rentals in Beach Julia

My family and I loved the location and the space, everything was great! We had unforeseen events with the microwave, which didn't work when we went to heat up food for the baby, so I notified Mr. Rodrigo, who was attentive and offered to provide another one quickly! We took a speedboat ride from the beach itself, we had beautiful days! We enjoyed our stay and are already planning to return !! Nothing shown in the photos was different from reality! Oh, I can't forget the Kayaks and the stand up paddleboards that are from the house, people, it's delicious, we love it!

The house is wonderful and cozy, you can really see that it was made with great affection. The atmosphere is welcoming. The shower is wonderful, the water is hot, the bed is comfortable. The house is close to a beach without calm waves, which has several boats and the look is wonderful with the hills in the background. Very quiet. What could improve: BBQ (no barbecue on the beach is a crime because the neighbors do it all the time and we get the smell only😂) Also have black out in the room, as the light of the post is right in front of the house. We had an excellent stay at Jenifer's house, there were 2 of us and we were very comfortable. A plus: Below the apartment there is a market, run by "Tuna" a very nice and pleasant man, his market has a variety of things, but the best thing is his attention. Thank you, we felt right at home!

Rodrigo’s place was heaven on earth. The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures. You can see turtles passing by the house during the morning and there are plenty of fish you can dive around. The house has everything you need and more. The bbq is great. Overall, We highly recommend this house and will definitely come back soon :) thank you Rodrigo!

Livio and his family were super kind and attentive, and the tips they gave us made the trip even better! I think if we weren't by car, some activities would have been a little more limited, but that wasn't the case and we used it too much. It has beaches very close by where we are completely alone, and others with a little more people, but never more than 10 people. The water is warm, full of fish, and we even saw a turtle swimming among the rocks! In front of the house, there is a beautiful pier to enjoy the late afternoon. We managed to take a boat ride that caught us right at this dock of the house and it was just amazing. When we arrived, the house was impeccable, super comfortable and had everything we needed for the day to day. Thanks, Livy and family, and thank you Angra! They were wonderful days!

The space exactly matches what's described in the listing. Everything was quiet and Bianca quickly responded to all messages. Bianca was very flexible with the check in and check out, which helped us a lot. I recommend Super to the accommodation and intend to return as soon as there is an opportunity.

Great! Home better than the photos. Wonderful view, in front of an almost private beach. Sleeping by listening to the sea, rooms with air working well, kitchen has everything, including for barbecue. Condomínio tranquilo, between the forest and the sea. Super helpful Carla, made our schedules more flexible. The children loved it, we'll be back for sure!!

Casa Linda! Everything clean, organized, flawless in the details. We felt welcome. Elian, owner of the house, Sérgio, homemade and Maria, our favorite cook, were very helpful and helpful every time we need to communicate with each other. Excellent the house. All the very good rooms. All with sweeping and sea view. Clean Bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. The view of the room is a spectacle. Breakfasts are amazing. The aquarium is also a show apart. A great common area. Always clean pool. There we rent jet ski to spend the day. Supermercado and pharmacy. The diarista is super solicitous. Anyway.. everything was great!

Great location and accommodation. I went with my husband, he was at work, and with this I wanted to have the freedom to be able to enjoy the hotel alone while he worked. And so I got it, both the apartment that had a balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel pool, spa, walks, mall next door. David is very attentive and gave all the support during our entire stay. Congratulations on the details of the apartment and the cleaning, decoration. We felt at home. I recommend it and when I return to Angra it will be my landing.

Beautiful accommodation, much nicer than the photos. The house is right in front of the beach in a condominium of a few houses, so it's almost a private beach. The sea water is warm and without waves, it looks like a pool! Highly recommended for children. The condominium also has a warm water pool with a beautiful ocean view. Ricardo was very friendly, always ready to answer everything and provide information. He has a boat that can be rented directly from him to go around the area, and Luis, the boat driver, is extremely friendly too. Wonderful place! We hope to go back!

Excellent service, always helpful and attentive. Everything was tidy and clean in the apartment. The appliances available in perfect working order. Excellent refrigerator and it was already turned on with ice. Air-conditioning working to satisfaction. Airy and very clean environment. Large, new TVs in the bedroom and living room. It was a great stay, it exceeded all expectations! A cozy house that integrates with the climate and environment of Angra, providing wonderful feelings! Ricardo, the owner, was very attentive, polite and assisted us in the best possible way. Angela, the housekeeper recommended by the owner, is an excellent professional who leaves everything very clean and prepares great meals. Finally, it was all wonderful, we'll be back more often!

Fantastic house and private pier. Gabriela who takes care for the house was responsive to all questions within minutes. She also recommended a private speed boat for a fast and beautiful transfer from Angra dos Reis to the private pier and back. Gabrielas very nice father lives in the next house and has an eye on the property. Actually, the house is not as remote as it appears on the pictures. There are neighboring houses and piers, and we were a bit unlucky that tourists on one of the neighboring piers were pretty loud for most of the day. Not the fault of Julias house, though ...

It was 12 unforgettable days at the DolceFarNiente home. There were 7 of us and the accommodation was perfect. We adopted Zezé & Adão into the family and the result was great. She is a super cook and is open to suggesting and learning new menus. She says, “Give me the recipe and I'll make it.” The couple's simplicity captivated us! Rodrigo was also super helpful on the speedboat ride. When in Angra, a boat trip to the islands is a must. Anyway, the Germans really enjoyed their days in Angra.

The house totally matched the description and its view is UNIQUE!!! Our hosts were always attentive and we really had a wonderful stay. The only thing to say is that the parking is not suitable for Cardiacs Haha but luckily they helped us with that fear. Graciassssssss!!!!

The pictures do not do this house justice. It’s truly a special place away from the bustling city. The host was AMAZING. She coordinated travel between cars, boats, made sure we had everything we needed and gave us a great experience. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house, very picturesque. Comfortable mattresses, air-conditioned rooms and an equipped kitchen. Oceanfront. Access is a bit challenging if you have wheeled suitcases because you access it through the beach, but it's worth the effort because you wake up every day in a wonderful place. Parties are held very close to the house, this can be a little annoying for people who are very sensitive to noise, in our case it was not particularly a problem since there is a back room with a private bathroom and double door where you can hardly hear anything. You can also turn on the air conditioning to isolate the sound. Laila, the girl who takes care of the house, is very friendly and helpful. Fabio took us on a boat ride that was excellent! Highly recommended! A beautiful experience, it is the ideal house to visit with friends and enjoy the nature and calm of the island.

Our Stadia was perfect. Priscila was always responding quickly and giving useful tips for a smooth rental. The apartment is in a village where everyone knows each other, that is, super safe and pleasant. The apartment corresponds to the listing, it's even better haha. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, make a snack or coffee. Apt on the real sand and Ribeira beach is very calm, quiet and those who prefer more peace will love it and it is a few minutes walk from the center of Mangaratiba. Priscilla's parents are sweethearts and the neighbors are wonderful. If we're going back? Sure!
