Lovely family home, plenty of space and presented clean and tidy. Also has a beautiful outlook.

Our group of 7 stayed 5 nights. The pictures are accurate, the house is beautiful, we did not want to leave. It was very clean with no personal clutter which I love. Spectacular views of Rangitoto and a very relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out and you can have privacy when needed. There is so much house here and I don't think we used all the rooms, so lots of space. Big bedrooms with big beds. The pool was really nice but we didn't use due to the weather but the fire was very cosy Furnishings are new and beautiful, bed are comfy and huge, loved the quality linen. Lots of cutlery, cups, plates etc Mandy was very easy to communicate with and was very generous to us with snacks and drinks to welcome us, she also allow us an early check in which was so helpful I would definitely re book in a heart beat 10/10 Spectacular Home

We were in Riverhead for a family wedding. The location and facilities were spot on. Traveling to the event centre was easy and didn't take too long. The House and gardens gave a peaceful and welcoming vibe. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Had a beautiful stay at this house, sam was so kind to let us check in much earlier after our flight and was so quick to respond! house was in great condition and super clean with plenty to do in the home. Thank you for letting us stay :)

We had a fantastic stay at Jo’s place. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Jo was an amazing host—super accommodating and always quick to communicate. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Auckland. Highly recommend!

Lisa’s house was as beautiful as the photos and very comfortable. It was super close to everything we needed for our little family and the heated outdoor pool was the best bit. The pool and the hot tub meant we didn’t need to find entertainment for our little one and on sunny days the outdoor area was bliss. Lisa provided lots of games, toys and books to read and we felt we had really gotten away from it all staying in this lovely home.

We were surprised how peaceful the property was, considering we were in Auckland, coming from a rural home it was nice and relaxing, just sitting around enjoying what the property had to offer. Grant was exceptionally proactive and professional with his communication and we felt comfortable if we had any questions, queries or concerns we could rea h out without any bother. Overall great place to meet up with family and lived ones for a get away.

To say that Janene was a 5-star host is an understatement -- she would be better described as a personal CEO -- Chief Experience Officer! She has thought of everything that one might miss about their home and she has included those "creature comforts" as part of your "home away from home." (In fact, my wife ordered some of the same bed linens and pillows to enjoy at our home back in Texas!) Janene is super friendly, proactive and responsive, and always thinking about how to add value to your stay. Her recommendations regarding things to do and places to dine in the area were spot on. Piha is a favorite for mu wife and I, but being able to experience the atmosphere of The Little Louise's added another special element to this special place on earth. We would definitely recommend this experience to anyone!

A stunning property right on the waterfront with amazing views and direct access to the water. Francesca was very responsive, quickly responding to a couple of minor requests and was very easy to deal with, arranging a cot and kindly left us welcome treats. A perfect getaway on the beachfront. Thanks again for having us!

What a beautiful place! One of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Views are gorgeous and everything was clean. Loved the furniture/ decor. Feels so fresh and new. Good price and perfect for our small group. Would have stayed longer if I had the chance.

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

We loved our stay in Grey Lynn. The location was perfect and the house was lovely and comfortable. I would highly recommend!

So very grateful for Graham and Arlene they have provided us a chocky Nz iconic treat and also gave us milk, bread and butter!. Love the cleaning products they have provided us and the dishwasher is very handy for us who are always going out of the house. There is a blue folder that has everything you need to know to give you a quick run about the house and closes shops which is very helpful when we are trying to use the washing machine. We also took our dog to graham and Arlene’s Airbnb and she loved the backyard to run around. The rooms and the house is beautiful and felt really relaxed in settled down easy here. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the cutlery’s were all there for us when needed especially the rubbish bags. 5/5 will definitely recommend this house for anyone that wants to come and stay at a loving Cousy house. It was a beautifully clean and well-maintained property.. It provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in such a welcoming environment. We would happily choose this location again for future visits.

We had an amazing stay at this place. It was such a great spot for our little weekend away. It has everything you need and more. Our favourite thing was the kayaks, and the fire pit - so we spent the time down by the beach cooking marshmallows over the fire with the kids. 10/10 - highly recommend.

Clear instructions given by the host. House is as per described, clean, tidy and beautiful! Neighbourhood was good too despite near each other. Appreciate the free-parking too! Wld love to come back!! Tnk uu! ☺️

Very clean and tidy modern house and interior. Large wooden floored combined kitchen/ lounge/ living area. Great location at the beachfront with views out over the water with sunrise straight out the lounge window. The two and a half bathrooms was a bonus for our larger group. Well fenced with large lawn out the back.

We really enjoyed our stay . Location felt really private and away from main roads . Location was great only two stops on the bus from the wharf . Having the car available was amazing , made travel around the island so easy .

The place is clean, warm and very comfortable for us. The care of the host impressed us in every way. It was the happiest first trip. Hopefully one day we will come back here again

only negatives were quite steep steps to the front door. The wall with the neighbours was extremely thin and you can here every thing said.

A special little hideaway, tastefully furnished and close to shops and cafes. Jude and Gerard were great hosts. - Very welcoming and hospitable. Would plan to stay again.

Great hosts, they did a good job in preparing the house, messaging and checking in to see if we needed anything. Clear and friendly instructions. Well presented home that was beautiful and had everything we needed/were looking for. Would definitely recommend this place to others and would like to thank the hosts!
