A week in a well-appointed cocoon, nothing is missing, clean, quiet, peaceful. I recommend it. It's great for resting and taking beautiful walks around the nearby ponds. A perfect New Year's weekend by the fireplace. A very large place whether it's the house or the outdoor space. A barn with several games were available for our pleasure but also that of our children. We had a great time at Villa Théodora. The accommodation is perfect, the bedding is of excellent quality. The accommodation is in a very good location with a beautiful view of the castle and St. Nicholas Church. the road in front of the house has a bit of traffic.

No complaints. The cottage matches the photos perfectly. Before arriving we received clear and precise instructions for the arrival so our arrival was done very simply. The place is clean, secure. Great stay in a spacious, clean and very pleasant accommodation. Two bathrooms and large, very convenient dressing rooms. The internet connection (fiber) works perfectly, which is rare! The setting is peaceful, surrounded by nature with activities to do indoors and outdoors depending on the weather. Hosts are very responsive, accommodating for check-in and check-out, and really kind. If I had to report a detail, there were a few hangers missing in the cabinets, but we didn't mind. Note for bikers or scooters: access is via a gravel path, a little tricky on two wheels, but nothing dramatic. I highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at Fabrice’s apartment. He is one of the most exceptional hosts I have ever encountered. He goes out of his way to make sure that you know how every square inch of the apartment works. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Orléans.

I highly recommend this listing! Very clean and comfortable. Only positive things to say! Florence had taken care to light the pellet stove before I arrived so that the accommodation was heated after a day of outdoor sports.
