Dealing with the property manager was a pleasure .

We stayed here for eight fantastic weeks. We loved the place and were sad to leave. Alex replied really quickly and with clear instructions. The apartment was brilliant. Really clean, comfortable, great view and so close to everything. The gym and pool were also fantastic. We wish we could have stayed longer but just a little too expensive for us. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The place is just same as the photos and descriptions! Cozy living, stunning view, many restaurants surrounded and most importantly, super nice location! Would definitely recommend!

Port Melbourne is a great area with lots to do and only a tram away from the city. Sakshee's place is strategically located near the beach which makes all the areas accessible. The place is clean and nice, communication is very good and very accommodating. The unit is a bit complex to get to with lots of doors to go through but Sakshee makes it easy with clear instructions. The unit is very private, cozy and quiet. Overall, worth every penny, I would go back there again when I go back to port Melbourne.

Beautiful apartment! Spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable and well equiped with absolutely everything we needed. Location was great too. Lots of food & drink options with supermarket & bottle shops nearby. Easily accessible public transport but we also had a hire car so the car spaces were appreciated. Highly recommend!

Staying at Sandy’s Airbnb was a fantastic experience! She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, convenient and close to everything. Mehria and Shahrooz's place was really clean, spacious and comfortable. Their unit has everything for cook. I enjoyed cooking like I was living in Melbourne reality. Tram station has 3 nearby, also you can go to Southern Cross station only 10 minutes on foot. So it was really convenient to go anywhere. They are really kind and friendly. I booked this beautiful home for 2 nights. I chose it as a place to get ready with my bridal party and a place for my husband and I to come to after our Wedding Day. The house is equipped with everything you need from glad wrap to sugar, from an iron to needles and thread - it was perfect. The house emits a calm, vintage and open ambience. With dark wooden beams, stain glass windows and an open back yard - the space is so an art piece in its entirety. We highly recommend this place for you to book!

This place is perfect for the view! The balcony aspect is worth it. Always has been, and always will be worth the stay. Plenty of room for everyone, when you have a big family. Jo was a very responsive host. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

I can highly recommend this property! The beach is in close proximity (literally 10 metres) and is situated in a pristine and stunning area of Port Phillip Bay. The house was very comfortable, clean and contained eveything you would need for a holiday. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to returning for a future stay!

Beautiful house, great interior design. Very comfortable. Had everything needed. Family of 5 with young kids and house was perfect for family and good location to access the beach. Amazing we could bring our dog. We needed garage access which this property had. Couple of things to maybe be aware of - we didnt pick up in the listing (unsure if I overlooked) :Train runs 1x house away really reguarly and continued through the night -potentially disturbing. We specifically seeked a house with a pool and paid extra for this. Aim was to hang around pool for the weekend. But pool was cold and only 1/5th of us could go in and tolerate it. For us this spoilt our weekend plans and we felt we paid extra for something we couldnt use. If we had known we would have paid less for a house without a pool. This for us did spoilt our trip, kids were disappointed. But this may have been listed and overlooked, or our fault for not asking, and was specificaly a need for us- you may be different :)

Sian’s place was amazing and we had a great time. House was spotless and very well equipped. The amenities were great and I was also very appreciative of the provided toiletries and grocery items. Host was very responsive and helpful regarding anything we needed. Beautiful quiet location and felt safe in the area. Overall, amazing trip and would stay again!

We had a great time staying at Minka - the attention in design to small and thoughtful details was wonderful, the location was perfect for what we needed, and it was a cosy and comfortable place to unwind in after our events. Kelvis is a very friendly host who is extremely responsive to messaging, and we would absolutely stay again in the future!

This place was very well equipped, nice and clean and spacious for us. All cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner and washing detergent was generously included. Bed linen was crisp and clean. Very central to all amenities and a 2 minute walk to the tram station.

We had a great stay. The location was fabulous, right in the city easy access to free zone trams and train stations. The apartment was great everything we needed for our family and 2 bathrooms was a bonus for a family of girls. Highly recommend and we will be back to stay again. Thank you Victoria.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

Simon is an excellent host. His communication is exemplary & he did everything he could to help us settle in including arrangements for early access to our carpark. Simon’s place is exactly as presented & he has provided everything possible to make you feel at home & have everything you need. The location is excellent with easy access to the free tram & other tram services right outside the apartment. There are also plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance. We highly recommend Simon’s place & Simon as a wonderful host.

This place is in a fantastic location. It's close to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and the free tram. The main bathroom doesn't include a toilet so only one toilet. But the main bath has lots of storage and Great shower pressure!!! The hosts were very responsive with all our questions! I would definitely recommend!

Was an excellent base to attend concert at Marvel Stadium, explore the city and easy access to the airport. Thank you!
