Villa vacation rentals in Bayside City

Cynthia was great with her comms, flexible with our booking, check in/check out was super easy, and the house was clean with listed amenities. Great location..a 3min drive from a shopping centre. The house is situated at the end of a narrow driveway with thick shrubs and there is limited street parking so it might be a little challenging to manoeuvre a large vehicle in and out of the driveway. That’s obviously not a fault of the house itself. Just something to take into consideration if you’re travelling with a big car or not a confident driver.

An exquisite property set in stunning scenery, immaculately clean, luxuriously furnished, extremely comfortable with thoughtful amenities and a personalized welcome, made this an unforgettable stay!! I highly recommend this property, it is without doubt the best airbnb we've ever stayed in and equivalent to 5* luxury accommodation. What a find! Peter & Yoshie’s place is amazing. The location is lovely, so close to the beach and local amenities. We ate in, but the cafe opposite is obviously very popular as were the restaurants within easy walking distance. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We had varied weather but were warm and cosy. We were lucky with enough warm sun to have beautiful still mornings so ate our breakfast on the small park next door and watched the sunsets from the bench overlooking the sea watching pelicans and other seabirds fly past. Would highly recommend and hope to return when we visit Melbourne next.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ivanhoe. Our accommodations were lovely, spacious, and comfortable. We especially loved being able to walk everywhere. The shops, restaurants, and train station are very close. There are so many restaurant options in town! I highly recommend this airbnb.

Our stay was very enjoyable and the accommodation was fantastic with all required amenities. The propert has a fantastic patio and backyard. the host, Maha, was wonderful and very helpful. He was very responsive and allowed us to check in late as per our convenience. i would highly recommend this property and host to future visitors.

Susie and Alan were the loveliest hosts and we felt right at home. The cottage is set in a beautiful garden and is private from the main house, and feels very warm and welcoming. They left out flowers, hot cross buns, Prosecco, and ginger nut biscuits (my favourite!), along with a few other cooking goodies. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Peninsula area. Thank you, Susie & Alan! 😊

Julia’s house was close to the station and supermarket, clean, and spacious. Thanks to the large kitchen and washing machine, our family of four was able to stay comfortably as if we were at home. Staying in such a wonderful house made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you very much!

Wonderful central property for family group to stay in. Very comfortable and homely for all ages. Encouraged informal catch ups in spacious areas available. Easy to get around with car spaces plus very close to public transport. Brenda was responsive and helpful.

Nena’s house was exactly as described and shown in the photos. It was clean and the kitchen was great for families who wanted to cook meals together. The theatre room was a plus and enjoyed by the kids and adults!

We absolutely loved staying at Mark’s fantastic house! It’s a beautiful property, and larger than it seems in the photos. It’s also very well equipped, and with the crazy Melbourne weather kept us warm with the heating and cool with the aircon. Our pup really enjoyed her time there, too! The pool is also fantastic, and the decked area great for chilling out. We would love to stay again in future!
