Amazing place to stay! Not a bad distance from LSU at all, in a very quiet and private area. Dhaval was very clear on instruction, and a great host. Highly recommend this place!

We came into town to celebrate Thanksgiving with our daughter who is attending law school in Baton Rouge. The place was clean and exactly as described. Apartment complex was quiet and we felt safe. I was able to prepare a meal and host a party of 5 at the apartment. We brought in a small table and a few chairs to accommodate everyone. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again!

Jordan’s place was perfect for my needs while I was in the Baton Rouge area for work.

We stayed here for a little over a month while getting our house ready to sell. We just needed someplace close to be while ours was being worked on, but we were so pleasantly surprised by the apartment and the community that we probably would have stayed longer if schedules had allowed. The unit itself was very comfortable. The gate might be tricky the first time you come in, because the one side entrance doesn’t have a keypad so you’ll have to possibly make the block to get to the other main entrance to use your code. But once you’re in and get your fob from the lockbox it’s all smooth from there. The amenities were very nice, and although there is some work being done around the complex you can tell that management and staff really try to take care of things and keep the community clean and safe feeling. We enjoyed the games in the clubhouse and lounging by the pool the most. I also enjoyed the gym and the pet friendly nature of the complex. Would stay again for sure

The owner was very accessible via text and more than accommodating. It was a great place to stay for LSU events.

We stay at Farr Park all the time but have a toddler staying somewhere with a real house was so nice! It was very convenient since our friends and family were at Farr Park and we went to LSU for baseball and gymnastics.

Awesome place! Really enjoyed staying here and it was very close to the campus which was perfect to go to a football game. Camille was extremely helpful and provided great service.

Well let me start by saying that Genika, is an absolute angel and an amazing Host she is super friendly and super sweet as well as her husband (shot out to him), but as for the house it was super clean and had everything you could need and all the beds were super comfy and the house was just comfortable and felt like home and we felt very relaxed there and the grandkids had a great time . The gym and patio/ pool table was a very fun and great touch to the home , all the neighbors were nice and the neighborhood was very clean, friendly and quiet atmosphere . Things were easy to get to and if we needed some down home cooking Genika was just the woman to call and she provided. We highly recommend this home and we hope to come back an be hosted again and if you see any of here homes best believe they are worth it . Thank Genika for helping us have a great time an I look forward to our next encounter full of happiness and chatter!

I stayed with Derrick and his awesome dog Dexter while visiting Baton Rouge for a bowling tournament. Would absolutely consider staying with him again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Emmette’s home was a sanctuary where you walk in and just find peace , away from the hectic daily surroundings . Emmette and his friendliness, and welcoming nature was a blessing , a cherry on top of the ice cream!! Will be staying here again and again when our this way ! Didn’t wanna leave! 😊🙏

This was my first Air BnB and Donna made this an absolute pleasure, delight, and worth using again. She was extremely sweet, helpful, down to earth and fun to talk with. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her and the way she runs her Air BnB!

Emmette has a beautiful home and I felt right at home while I stayed there. the location was quiet but was within easy driving distance to restaurants, etc. It was nice to get caught up on laundry while there, and waking up to freshly made coffee was an added bonus! I really felt comfortable there and I would recommend his place for anyone needing a place to stay.

Amazing host to a beautiful house! The backyard was calming and a great spot to hang out after a day of exploring, and in the morning to drink coffee to start your day. Donna warmly welcomed me to her home and provided great recommendations to the area. She was very hospitable, respectful, and kind throughout my stay. Highly recommended when you're in the area! I will definitely go back.
