Studio apartment is centrally located in Lafayette, LA. Private entrance to apartment with parking right outside the door. Apartment is not within the main house, however, is “attached to the garage of the main house”. Located within walking distance to City park, Hospital & a Performing Arts Center. University of Louisiana, Cajundome & Convention Center, shopping & local restaurant favorites are within a mile. Kitchen area is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker & a toaster.

The Barn - Upstairs

The Barn is only 2 miles from the interstate tucked away on three acres of peaceful, private property. The Barn is to the left of our home. Parking signs are clearly marked. The stairs to The Barn lead to a 1000 square foot custom built apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king size bed, a living area with a sofa sleeper, a work room with a desk and sofa sleeper, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a large deck with a view of the pond. We can accommodate 6 guests.

Our quiet, apartment is 8 minutes from LSU & Tiger Stadium! Additionally, you’ll be 2 minutes away from Lakeside Daiquiri & Grill, 5 minutes away from Arlington Marketplace, and 7 minutes from Spanky’s Daiquiris! There are a lot of restaurants and stores within a few minutes drive. The building complex has a nice courtyard and grilling area, along with laundry facilities on-site. Any guest that stays past check out time of 11 am will be charged an additional $50 per hour. Enjoy your stay!
