This property is a 2100 sq ft, two car garage house with 3 bedrooms including 4 beds, 3 full baths, an open living room, dining and kitchen area fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, glasses and silverware. The house has its own washer, dryer, free wifi and a TV. It also has a boat launch and fishing deck. Our house is located on a canal on the Atchafalaya River, addition to Butte La Rose, LA. We are exactly in between Lafayette and Baton Rouge, equally 30 minutes away from both locations!

This Airbnb has a full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker.
