The house has its own washer, dryer, free wifi and a TV. It also has a boat launch and fishing deck. Our house is located on a canal on the Atchafalaya River, addition to Butte La Rose, LA. We are exactly in between Lafayette and Baton Rouge, equally 30 minutes away from both locations!

This is a guest suite attached to our home. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s only a 10 min walk to Baton Rouge Main Public Library and Botanical Gardens. This space is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. This Airbnb has a full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker. Parking is available on driveway.

We had a great stay for a group of 10. The house never felt too small or crowded. Home was as advertised, and host was extremely fast with responding to requests. Around 10:30 PM, I messaged asking for additional towels. I was met with a response within a couple minutes, and towels first thing in the morning. Booking process was clear and transparent. I would highly recommend!

We stayed at Patrick's for one night as we were driving to Florida. His place met our needs and was exactly as described. We had a couple of questions and Patrick responded promptly and was very helpful. There was also a running track just down the road at a local school which was a great place to stretch the legs after a long day of driving. Other people out for walks or runs in the neighbourhood were very friendly. We found a good Mexican spot very close by for dinner. Overall, we were pleased with our experience. We would recommend this place to others.
