Vacation rentals with a patio in Bayamón

The accommodation is as shown in the photo and description. Everything was very clean and organized. Ileana was very nice when she welcomed us and left us a little gift. We'll be back ✨

The studio was well organized and pleasant, with a homy sense, at if meant to be for family or friends. Many handy items in the bathroom (antiseptic alcohol, mouth rince, etc) ans in the kitchen. The host was really interactive, texted and called to make sure I found their place, which Apple map messed up with. The price is very competitive. Bravo to Rigoberto and Iris!

LaRhonda property was in an ideal location between east and west of Puerto Rico. Great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The property was very cleaned with all amenities. LaRhonda was responsive to my questions. I felt at home at the property. 10/10 ratings. I’ll definitely stay at her properties again when visitPR

We had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s Airbnb! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and as described in the listing. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The kitchen had all the essentials. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space, like the cozy lighting, quality linens, and little extras that showed real attention to detail. The location was ideal conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood that offered quiet and relaxation at the end of the day. It was the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. Sonia was a fantastic host, communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions. She clearly cares about her guests’ experience and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I absolutely recommend.

Such a great set up packed with thoughtful amenities. There are beach chairs, towels, sunblock, bug spray, lotion, and so much more. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. could not have asked for more for a quick one night stay. would definitely return!

The house was everything we expected. It was in a great and quiet location. Commute to and from places were very convenient. It was extremely nice home with plenty of amenities and have a homey vibe. I left some things behind and the host was awesome at helping get those items back to me! I would definitely stay here again.

The house was in a great location and not far from most of the places you would visit. The pictures was exactly like how it was when we looked at it, everything was as it should have been. Abraham is a very responsive and helpful host and was very fast to come help us if something was wrong. My family and I enjoyed the area and how both of our big cars fit inside the garage with more room for us to sit and enjoy the backyard. I would definitely rent from him again.

This AirBnB was amazing! We came with our two kids and they had plenty to do while we weren’t out. Pool is amazing for kids who aren’t confident swimmers yet due to the shallow end! Everything is literally as pictured, which sometimes isn’t the case. The check-in was easy and it wasn’t too far from San Juan or La Placita. My 4 year old had a great time in the bouncy house and my 7 year old wouldn’t leave the pool! Everything was clean and organized and was just an amazing time. I leave tomorrow and really regret not booking an extra day, that’s how sad I was to leave. It’s hard for me to find places that feel similar to home when I’m on vacation but this house was really amazing. I seriously recommend this AirBnB to any parents searching and aren’t sure where to book, this is the place for you. I wish a review was like this for me when I was searching, but now I get to leave one! Amazing place and all amenities shown in pictures are there! You won’t regret booking here!

Karl was a great host always able to text and communicate. Very helpful. The house looks way better in person. Beautiful home. Pool is bigger than what it looks. Balcony views into the Puerto Rico hills full of green trees. I love it here whenever I come back I will be booking through Karl at this home again. Great home

Great host, house was just like in the pictures nice and clean. it's my second time staying there definitely not my last it's my go to every time I go to Puerto Rico. The location is great close to many stores and restaurants. highly recommended

I had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was clean, stylish, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect . The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome and informed throughout my stay. One of my favorite parts was enjoying the beautiful outdoor area, the pool it really made the trip special. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting San Juan and would love to stay here again in the future!

Brooke’s Airbnb was as described. The location was good—there are stores within walking distance if you need supplies, as well as food options nearby. It's also less than a 5 minute walk to the La Placita hotspot area, where you can enjoy the nightlife if you're interested. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit San Juan!

I’m going to Puerto Rico for the first time in 20 years. I was a little nervous about staying in an Airbnb but coming across Kat’s listing I became intrigued. I was looking for a peace and quiet and proximity to the beach and in a walkable area and her place offered all of those things. The color ways in the Apartment definitely gave you a welcoming Island feeling. I truly enjoyed the balcony and the ocean breeze. I think Puerto Rico will be my annual birthday destination. And I’ll always look to book with Kat first.

The room and location are great. The view is gorgeous. Lots to do in the area! Only negative was the parking. Cheaper parking is further away and always packed. The close parking was $35 a day. Highly recommend any of Beatrice's properties as she provided superb customer service and quick responses.

Definitely had a great time with my wife! Falling asleep to waking up to hearing the ocean waves was Amazing experience! Seeing the sunset and sunrise was beautiful as well. I definitely recommend this place to any couple who is looking for a private and safe area get away or vacation. Host was very responsive and a great help with her recommendations. It was a home away from home for sure! My wife and I will reserve this again for our return again! I will give this place a 10/10!

Josem was an amazing host from start to finish. The location was great, the room was spotless. The pool was amazing as well. High recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

Great place to stay in the heart of old San Juan

From the start Anton was very attentive and available for anything we may have needed. He met us at the gate and escorted us to the property, ensuring a smooth check in. During our stay, there was an issues with the first floor AC, no fault of Anton, just usual island electrical issues; and he immediately got on the issue to have it resolved. He was very friendly, communicative, and well informed. The house was comfortable, close to many activities and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet, something I very much appreciated. The beach was calm and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to my friends and family.

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.
