Amazing apartament in a very quiet aérea

A very comfortable place in a typical Puerto Rican barrio (neighborhood) The room was quiet, with the exception of the AC (I sleep with ear plugs so it wasn’t really a bother) I chose this place because it was close to family. This place is a hidden gem when I go back to visit I’ll stay here again

Our stay at Ana Laura and Javier’s home was incredible. This was one of the few times that the accommodations looked even more spectacular in real life than in the photos. Everything about our stay was fantastic. Ana Laura and Javier were extremely communicative, check in was simple and stress free, and we were provided with a wealth of local recommendations. The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet; perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was spacious and well stocked with everything you could ever need on vacation. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The star of the home however was definitely the backyard. The outdoor space was awesome and provided ample privacy. We loved the pool and spent so much time in there lounging and relaxing. Overall we loved our Airbnb and would return for future trips to PR!

We liked the place. Communication with the host was very good, and we always received prompt responses. The view is beautiful. Access to the place is a bit tricky, especially at night.

This was a really nice stay! The house is freshly remodeled, with lots of thoughtful amenities. Having extra bathrooms was very nice! We had a family group and there was plenty of room for everyone, AC worked great, the neighborhood was quiet, my husband and I even took a walk! Betsy was a very responsive host, and I would def return again.

The house was in a great location and not far from most of the places you would visit. The pictures was exactly like how it was when we looked at it, everything was as it should have been. Abraham is a very responsive and helpful host and was very fast to come help us if something was wrong. My family and I enjoyed the area and how both of our big cars fit inside the garage with more room for us to sit and enjoy the backyard. I would definitely rent from him again.

This AirBnB was amazing! We came with our two kids and they had plenty to do while we weren’t out. Pool is amazing for kids who aren’t confident swimmers yet due to the shallow end! Everything is literally as pictured, which sometimes isn’t the case. The check-in was easy and it wasn’t too far from San Juan or La Placita. My 4 year old had a great time in the bouncy house and my 7 year old wouldn’t leave the pool! Everything was clean and organized and was just an amazing time. I leave tomorrow and really regret not booking an extra day, that’s how sad I was to leave. It’s hard for me to find places that feel similar to home when I’m on vacation but this house was really amazing. I seriously recommend this AirBnB to any parents searching and aren’t sure where to book, this is the place for you. I wish a review was like this for me when I was searching, but now I get to leave one! Amazing place and all amenities shown in pictures are there! You won’t regret booking here!

The house was perfect for our group - two families with teen boys. The pool was used a lot and you have your choice to stay in the neighborhood for the beach or go down the road to Dorado Beach. The boys also enjoyed the basketball court a walk away. Debora was a great host. She responded quickly whenever we needed something and was very flexible. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s Airbnb! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and as described in the listing. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The kitchen had all the essentials. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space, like the cozy lighting, quality linens, and little extras that showed real attention to detail. The location was ideal conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood that offered quiet and relaxation at the end of the day. Tranquil Escape with a Pool! This Airbnb was the perfect peaceful retreat and exactly what I needed to relax and unwind. The property is nestled in nature, offering a quiet and rejuvenating getaway. I recommend getting the heated pool was an amazing bonus! It added a luxurious touch to the stay, making it even more enjoyable. The home itself had everything I needed. The outdoor space was especially great for soaking in the serene atmosphere. If you're looking for a quiet escape with great amenities (including that wonderful pool!), this place is worth it. A Wonderful Stay at Xavier's Place! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Xavier's Airbnb, and we can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome from security and an immaculate space that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently close to local attractions. The cozy ambiance of the house made it feel like a home away from home. The pool was amazing!! Overall, our stay was fantastic and relaxing. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and charming place to stay. We can not wait to return!!

Home was as listed. Clean and tidy. We had a bit of condition locating the development/home but Wilfredo was quick to help and guide when we touched base! Beautiful view of ocean. And next to the poll which was lovely to look at. Air conditioners Cooled off the rooms quickly. He had a nice binder of local recommendations and the check rules as well ALL info regarding the tv, wifi etc. would def stay again
