Vacation rentals with lake access in Bay of Biscay

We had an amazing stay at Julie's place. The place is beautiful, all wood with a nice terrace. The decor is superb with a mixture of black and wood. The accommodation is quiet and refreshing. We had a great time with my wife and 2-year-old. Julie also provides a baby cot. You can even park the car in front of the house. Julie was very responsive and very kind by message and very clear in her instructions. We recommend this place and will be happy to come back. Thank you very much Julie 🙂

A really nice area, with a pond, lake, the port... surrounded by nature. The house is beautiful, everything is detailed, the bathroom is new, the room is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, he always cared about the stay. There were 5 of us during this end-of-year period, with very wintry weather. The house exudes a beautiful harmony of volume, decoration, comfort that it was really a haven during these 4 days of family reunion. In addition, the excellent fiber connection delights the youth (4 young people, students and young couple) who remain devilishly connected if they wish and allows remote work too. The environment and the house itself contribute above all to "disconnection", and rest. It offers, with the magnificent Blavet and its valley 100 meters away, even more connection with nature and outdoor sports. Thank you very much to Stéphane for the care taken in every respect and for the kindness of the exchanges. I highly recommend Pont Augan and the house.

We were there at the end of September, due to the weather unfortunately we could not use the beautiful terrace. For hiking and cycling, the area is great, as there are many cycling and hiking trails. If you want to see the surrounding area, you have to drive a lot. Example Cap Ferret 1 hour 10 min. Bordeaux 40 km, duration approx. 1 hour 15 min.

We had a great time at Régine's house which is very well equipped and located in a very quiet environment 2 steps from the lake. Relaxation and rest assured. Thanks to Régine for her smile and kindness.

We’ve just spent an amazing 7 days at Charlotte and Damien’s place. The apartment is beautiful and a good size for a group for 6 like we were. The location is perfect. Super close to bike rental so you can pick them up and soon learn your way around the area. It’s just a perfect base to surf, cycle, explore the stunning Hossegor town. We didn’t use the spa but it’s good to have the option. Also both hosts replied to a lot of messages when we had trouble with our flights to and from. The only improvement would be to have more basic amenities provided - things like black bin bags or toilet paper, but apart from this we loved our time here and was sad to leave. Merci!

We had a great time at Barbara's place which matched the photos and description in every way. Very quiet residence, the closed garage is a real plus to leave the vehicle safe for the duration of the stay, especially since everything is within walking distance very quickly! Barbara has excellent advice and we were warmly welcomed. We would recommend it without hesitation to people we know wishing to come and stay in La Rochelle. Special mention for the bedding which is of excellent quality!

We were welcomed by Marie-Jo who is a very friendly and caring person. Her advice allowed us to optimize our short 3-day stay. The apartment is in a very good location and perfectly equipped. We were able to enjoy breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake... a real treat! I would recommend it in a second!

We have been super comfortable, ideal for spending a quiet time as a couple. Super close to endless and surfy beaches, as well as the quietest beaches of the lake. We loved it.

We had a great time with the family in this cottage which is really nice, pleasant and very well equipped. Kids loved the ping pong table, foosball And the pond for fishing is really great! In short everything was perfect, the host Joelle is very responsive and available

Cozy and well decorated accommodation in a quiet path. The beds and towels were spotless. The size of the cottage was limited for my grown-ups but we had a pleasant stay. Lots of board games and in the immediate vicinity of the island with pies for walks, canoeing and tree climbing in season.

This cottage is very warm. It is tastefully decorated, it will allow you to rest in a very peaceful place. Celine's small touches make this place a place where you feel very good. Thank you for the many recommendations and your availability . We loved it
