Location is everything and Xavier's place is right in a middle of it all in Biarritz. We found parking always right next to the house, never a problem. Streets are narrow so traffic isn't heavy and therefore place is quiet without outside noise. Also top floor and south facing windows made it luminous during the day. Kitchen was very well equipped as well.

Joselo is a great host. Friendly and helpful. Allows flexibility whenever possible. The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Very clean and comes with everything you need to spend a few days. It is also very close to the tourist spots of Santander and the port and bar area. Recommended

A very cozy little cocoon with tasteful decoration, like a small duplex house, very comfortable, an adorable balcony, a well-equipped kitchen with small touches, salt from the island of Ré, local wine... Very good bedding, Bluetooth speaker, nice books and games, bike storage in the private courtyard and an exceptional location in the heart of Saint Martin. A real treat for a getaway to the island, we will definitely be back! Thank you Catherine and Thierry for your warm welcome.

Peaceful accommodation for a total change of scenery. The loft is very well equipped, very clean, as described and functional. There is the possibility to enjoy the pool, outdoor areas for dining and relaxing. Homemade local wine is available and very good. In summary, great stay and complete peace of mind.

A stunning apartment in a beautiful city. 12 minute walk from the train station. Old Port quays 1 mimute walk from the front door. Perfect location for access to Il De Ré.

House located in a charming village, close to the Dordogne, ideal for walks. Peaceful and very pleasant moment, thoughtful accommodation and as described. if you want to relax, and enjoy a moment of relaxation with a jaccuzi do not hesitate. i would highly recommend it!

We had known Belle Ile for some time, but not the area where Nadine's accommodation is located, which fully matched what we wanted: away from the village, surrounded by nature, isolated and quiet. The accommodation is perfect for 2 people, the space is not large but well organized and very much to our taste.

Wonderful stay, this penthouse has a lot of light, it is very nice and is simply but tastefully decorated. Despite not being very large, for a couple it has absolutely everything you need. Thank you very much Iago and Marga.

100% recommended!! Chus' service and kindness is exceptional. The penthouse is really well furnished, very clean and tidy. It has an elevator. And the location is excellent. It was a couple's trip and we would definitely stay in this penthouse again!!! Thank you very much Chus for everything!!

Thomas & Justine's place exceeded our expectations and made our stay in Bordeaux extremely pleasant. We were met with unexpected weather conditions which made it extremely important for us to be staying somewhere that is central, enjoyable and comfortable, and this apartment was all that and more. The place is *extremely* well equipped to the point that we've never stayed in an airb&b that felt so much like a home, every single amenity or utensil you could need was there available to use. The neighbourhood is so beautiful, after going around Bordeaux I would dare say that it's the best area to stay! Quiet, chic but full of services including the tram station which is less than 5 minutes away as well as supermarkets, a bakery and cafés that are 2 minutes away. Would highly recommend this place *especially* because Thomas was SO friendly and SO helpful all throughout, he really made us feel at home!! A 10/10 experience!

Very pleasant and well-located loft, very close to shops, buses (15 min by bus to La Concha). Very well decorated loft, impeccable bedding, quiet. Javier is very responsive and gave us a lot of advice (visits, outings, restaurants...). I would recommend this place and plan to return.
