Verónica very attentive even from before arrival…always pending and giving recommendations. The apartment is very quiet,cozy and enough for 1 or 2 people. Easy pedestrian access or if you are driving. If I come back I will definitely contact you again.

The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. The place is just spotless and has an ideal location for visiting the city. Despite the many construction areas in Nantes, the apartment was really very quiet. Parking space is a real plus in town. Astrid listened throughout our stay. We keep the address

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

I've been staying in this apartment several times for work trips and I'm still happy. I would recommend this very clean and central apartment.

From the personalized check-in, to every detail in the space being thoughtfully curated, down to the plush robes, snacks, and even a binder of local recommendations. It genuinely felt like a 5-star hotel with the warmth of a home. The amenities were impeccable. Everything you could possibly need and then some. Morgan entrusts us with his house, a house where it is good to live, which is not an empty, tasteless and lifeless accommodation, there is his whole life in it, his memories, his passions, his life and he gives us his keys on the principle of trust which is very pleasant in this "special" time. This house is very nice and its amenities allow a real stay of disconnection and relaxation The icing on the cake, Morgan is nice and not stingy about the history of his house or to give advice on what to do / see around his home.

We were well received, in a peaceful and pleasant setting. The loft complies with the listing description, and tastefully decorated, clean , and presenting the necessary equipment. The location is ideal, close to other cities ( 20 minutes to 35 minutes). Lydie and Jesse meet the lowest expectations of us . We will come back!

Comfortable house for a vacation for 6. Marie France and Bernadette are responsive. A hitch with the heating on arrival but which was resolved. The house is easily accessible from the port by bike or on foot. Good point for the well-enclosed yard for our dog because the nearby main road is very busy. We had a great vacation in La Flotte with beautiful weather.

we had a great time at Élise's! the sun was at the rendezvous and we were able to enjoy the beautiful garden as well as the jaccuzy! if you're looking for a quiet place and have time to recharge you've come to the right place!

We stayed 7 people in Yann’s apartment. Yann greeted us at the train station and escorted us to his flat which made it completely stress and worry free for us to arrive. It is difficult to describe the apartment…….. perfect doesn’t do it :) Everything is extremely well organised and designed and we immediately fell in love with the place. It is out of the centre but it takes only few minutes with the tram and there are a few nice restaurants in walking distance. We where looking forward to dining out but we ended up cooking at home because the place felt so cozy . Stay here, you want regret it ;)

Amazing place the garden and the terrace are beautiful and very close to the sea. 🌊 Dream vacation.
