I had a wonderful stay at Waleed’s apartment in Al Khuwair, central Muscat. The location is peaceful yet very central—close to iconic sites, shopping malls, and all the amenities you could need. The apartment is in a quiet block and has stunning views of the sand dunes and even the NJ Muscat sign on Mount Al Jabel. It really feels like you’re surrounded by beauty on all sides. The living room is spacious and inviting, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and fully functional. The photos are an accurate representation of the home, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. Waleed and his team were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and always accessible whenever we needed anything. The home felt safe and secure, and it was easy to find. I stayed with my sister and husband, and we also had family visit us a couple of times—they were really impressed and reassured to see that we were in such a lovely and well-kept space. This is one of the cleanest and best airbnb’s that i have ever stayed at. My wife and I both loved the space, how amazing it smelled and how convenient everything was. This included that fact that Khalid left us both new toothbrushes and toothpaste. I would definitely stay here again and very highly recommend the place.

we are very happy with our stay in Qantab. The accommodation is modern, convenient, clean and comfortable and just a 5-minute walk to the pretty beach of Qantab. we even see it from the balcony! thanks to Vincent and his team and in particular Samantha who was super responsive, accommodating and caring. if we return to Oman we would not hesitate to rent here again.

This spot is very close to the airport, beyond expectations and in a private neighborhood where it’s very safe , photos looked like the place and amenities are as described, also the host is the best he welcomed us in a very good way , we would definitely boon this again if we come back to muscat.

Great place, clean and close to the airport. A little far from Muscat itself. The only thing that really made this place not a 5 star was the living room smelt of old cigarette smoke and I wasn’t able to enjoy the room due to that, it was that strong. The bedrooms however were smoke free.

This apartment is simply top-notch. Located in a great neighborhood with many good restaurants, yet it is very quiet. There is also a shopping center with a large supermarket just around the corner. The apartment itself is equipped with everything important. The pool in the courtyard of the complex is also great. And Bader is a fantastic host, always available and very flexible. Highly recommended.

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

He is a really good host, he provide us to check in late time and he helped for the things. The room is clean and clearly enough for staying. He gave us some fruit and cake at the Eid.

The apartment is located in an exclusive residential complex between Muscat and Al Seeb. It is very quiet there and the 1-minute walk to the marina and the promenade The Walk with lots of restaurants and cafes is very easy to reach. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the stand. There are no umbrellas there, so you should bring them with you. The apartment is very spacious and comfortably furnished, we lacked nothing. Dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer are available, so you don't have to pack too many clothes. Upon our arrival, the apartment was clean and Armani immediately took care of our additional requests. There was still a towel and a fresh sheet missing, which was brought the next morning. We only used the air conditioning from time to time to cool down the bedrooms a bit, it is very quiet and powerful. The private pool next door is also great! We will be happy to come back.😊

I recently stayed at this villa for three nights with my three young children and a baby, and I can honestly say it was a five-star experience. The villa is beautifully maintained and located in a stunning spot, right in the middle of the mountains with breathtaking views. The owner is a very kind and helpful person. He was always in good contact with us, responding quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality really made our stay even more comfortable. The villa itself is in excellent condition, very clean, and equipped with everything you could wish for. We thoroughly enjoyed the private pool, which was a real highlight, especially with the amazing mountain scenery all around. We came mainly for peace and quiet, and this villa offered exactly that. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We also explored some restaurants nearby and enjoyed some great meals. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looki

MK and his brother were very welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time at their place. Wish we had stayed longer at their place. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Muscat. Waves is 5 mins away, our family truly enjoyed and place was super clean. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Muscat next time again.

If you want a private and beautiful location which is away from everything, this is the place. The villa is clean and everything works. You are living amongst the locals and everyone is welcoming. Do not think this is a place where you can dress in bikinis and have loud music playing all day long. Respect the locals. What makes this place even more special is the host who is better that a butler and resolves all your problems instantly. Nice local restaurants and a mini market to buy small snacks. Just to point out there is no front or rear garden at the property. You are within walls, which is a good thing as it is a hot country. The pool is within the building so easy access all day long for kids. If you have kids or stupid adults with you be careful you don't brake anything in the villa as you will be paying for it. Basically respect other people's stuff.

The appartement is very well equipped and Zahir was really helpful in making arrangements.

Khalid is a kind-hearted and wonderful host, offering to help when he can. He welcomes his guests with open aend and treats you like a good friend. We had some lovely conversations; he is an intelligent and interesting person to talk with. Also he is knowledgeable about Oman, and is happy to give you a tour. I wish I could spent more time. Thank you so much!

the place was amazing .. much better than the photos .. the beach was near. we accessed the Jumeirah muscat bay hotel with a paid daily pass since we didn't brought an umbrella with us .. still anyone can use the free beach.. much recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2-bedroom villa in Muscat! The host was incredibly friendly and professional, accommodating our very early check-in request and frequently checking in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The villa is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Muscat’s attractions and offering convenient access to the highway for day trips outside the city. The property was well-equipped with all the essentials and more – from a TV, excellent air conditioning, and WiFi to extra kitchen appliances like an air fryer and sandwich maker. The parking space right outside the villa was also a huge plus for us. Overall, this is a fantastic option for a small family visiting Muscat. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

In short, one of the greatest stays I ever had at a hostel. Basil, the host, is an outstanding person. Extremely welcoming, always open for a chat about everything including Omani culture, and especially he gave us great recommendations for Muscat and for traveling the country. Next to that, the atmosphere at the hostel is very laid back and social. Basil is really fostering the idea of an inclusive and social environment where everybody can feel at home. Thank you again for an amazing stay at your hostel. We had such a great time in Oman and that's also thanks to your sincere hospitality.
