Great location, it’s right next door to beach clubs, spa and restaurants. A few minutes walk to get to everything else. If I had to do it again, I wouldn’t rent a car. We had the car parked most of the time since we could walk to almost everything we needed. Uber works very well and it’s very affordable. I could have easily saved the car rental fee.

"We had an amazing stay at Jesse's place! The condo was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area; everything was within walking distance, just a few seconds from the beach. We felt very safe in the area, and the host, Mr.Jesse, was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this property!" The Jacuzzi was excellent, especially when not all the condos have one.

The apartment was just as described. A beautiful place in a beautiful area. The beach is just steps away and it’s close my many restaurants and bars in Av. Alemania. There is some construction around, but thats just everywhere in Punta Cana these days. It was never loud, and most work was done by sunset, so it was quiet at night. The hosts were responsive and good at handling any questions I might have had. Overall a great experience in Punta Cana!

Julie is an amazing host who is focused on the experience of her guests. She was very timely in her responses to questions and provided a great deal of information about the condo and area which was so helpful. Julie offered to arrange a driver to pick us up from the airport and return us to the airport at the end of the stay. Not only was the driver friendly and professional but Julie also personally checked in once he reached us to let us know about our ride to the condo and what to expect. We really felt taken care of each step of the way. Playa Turquesa is one of the only condos on the beach and we felt it had the nicest beach front along the stretch we walked. It was well maintained and clean, staff helped you locate chairs on the beach and there was a nice beach front bar and grill. The condo community also had tight security requiring entry from the beach and the street. We enjoyed the proximity to many restaurants, markets, etc. The condo matched the description.

Very responsive host! I had to adjust my stay and the host was amazing at accommodating this. The property felt very safe as there were security on the property at all times. The security walks around at night and are posted at the beach 24hrs. The staff are very friendly as well. Great place to stay and very safe!

We had an issue with our first Airbnb, found this listing in the middle of the night and Lucio responded right away .He was able to let us check in early . Place is a walking distance to local restaurants. The surroundings were safe. Gated complex with security guard . We really enjoyed our stay . Thank you

Great place to stay - I would highly recommend to everyone! Pros: - The VIEW! Right on the beach and looking directly onto the ocean - Excellent communication from the host leading up to the trip and while we were there. We had an issue with one of the ACs when we first checked in and they had someone there within an hour to fix it - Really nice communal pool with a bar that was open from 8-6 for snacks and great cheap cocktails Cons - just want to include so people are realistic with expectations, but this wouldn't deter me from staying there: - There is one un-remodeled shower which felt pretty dingy compared to the others - The water pressure wasn't great and it never got more than lukewarm but that is probably a by product of island plumbing in general - The beach area for the condo is where the booze cruises and activity boats do their pickups so there was constant activity but they do have a section of the water cordoned off so you don't have to worry about dodging boats

Alex and Sandra provide a clean clutter free place steps from the beach. The apartment was very nicely decorated. The location on the beach is unbeatable. A few steps from the beach. Playa Turquesa's grounds were meticulously well maintained. The area of Los Corales just outside the front gate had easily 15 restaurants to choose from. Italian (Simardedo), breakfast (Dhalias), Asian Fusion (Citrus) among many others. It is a perfect place to relax on the beach in a classy, quiet environment. 5 Stars!

Stuart's place was absolutely as described and shows in the pictures. Very private and peaceful complex. Grounds and pools immaculate. Beach short walk and private with plenty of beds and shade. Everything walkable. Liz was awesome, definitely read her book about the area. Thank you, we had a great time and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Liz’s place. It was our first time to Punta Cana and she couldn’t have been more welcoming. She is an amazing host and so accommodating! She answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable. The condo is beautiful, it’s very clean and the views are incredible. The complex is also very clean, safe and the staff are friendly! The beach bar is great. Drinks are fabulous! We spent a lot of our time out on the beach relaxing, but the kids also loved the pool. We ate at a lot of the restaurants outside the gate. Everything was quite good, citrus is close by and amazing and down the beach to the right and a short walk is a great pizza spot! WOWzer is a cute little breakfast/brunch spot in the same complex as Taco Bell and has incredible and beautiful plates! This was our kids favorite spot. There is a little store across the street outside the gate as well and has anything and everything you might need! Overall our stay was amazing and comfortable!

Rosemary could not have been a more responsive host! She accommodated all our needs. Her place was wonderful and if we had a problem she was extremely quick to fix it. Very peaceful and quiet. Extremely safe, beach bar was AMAZING. Will come back!

This unit was by far one of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced at Stanza Mare. We did have some issues with some plumbing in the bathroom, but overall this was a very cherry find. Yves is always at the ready to help and provide service or suggestions for the best stay possible. Walk out the patio to a world of friendly people and ocean breezes and sunshine.

Our stay in Punta Cana was wonderful. We enjoyed the white beach and clear water. The accommodation is very close to the beach, 2 minutes walk, which is very convenient. There is a cafe, a shop, a supermarket 5 minutes walk and even more restaurants nearby. Aimee always responded quickly to our requests and questions. Clean and white bed linen, wide beds with comfortable mattresses. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. I can recommend this accommodation. Thank you Aimee for your hospitality.

We had an amazing time! The place is beautiful, great location, everything we needed and more was there! Olga was so so helpful with getting us ready to arrive, tips and help upon arrival and answering any questions we had along the trip. We had a group of 7 (including 3 young kids) and had lots of room and lots of fun. The roof top terrace was beautiful and we spent lots of time enjoying the views. Highly recommended and we would surely come back.

Overall great stay, nice pools and easy access to the beach. Right next to jellyfish restaurant which had good food. Easy to uber around without issue. Didn’t receive the apt number before check in which is needed to get into the complex, so there was minor difficulty without phone service. Owner was quick to communicate once we got service though. Not the coolest AC but great overhead fans made the apt comfortable.
