Beautiful and cozy apto! It has c/c and blackout in the rooms/living room, ensuring comfort and privacy. Spacious cabinets, comfortable sofa and TV with multiple channels. Check-in was quiet, registration at the fast entrance. Parking in the garage in front of the elevator, view to the airclub is amazing! Great location, close to Bauru Shop and leisure. Attention: Windows/balcony without protective screen and beds leaning against the windows require child care. Auxiliary bed does not open total due to lack of space (shown in the photos). The village served for my 2 year old daughter, but does not accommodate an adult in comfort. Garage entrance is narrow, it can be difficult to maneuver large car. Inconvenients: We arrived and the ap was dusty, only 4 towels for 5 people, sheet looked used, hairs in the bathroom, 1 roll of paper almost at the end, trash bin and dirty washing machine. I spoke with the host, sent photos and he was thoughtful. The city offered new cleaning, but I solved it on account. Despite this, the stay was great and we would return!

Excellent location, close to restaurants, fast food, shopping, supermarket. Clean location, very good air-conditioning, shower with hot water and good water flow.

Same place as in the photos, well located, with plenty of space. I would say that personally I found it much more spacious and comfortable. Close to good places like supermarkets and restaurants. The hostess answered me and responded quickly every time I needed, always with great disposition and kindness.

Very spacious apartment, with antique furniture, quiet place close to shops, easy access. The showers need to be improved and more pots of various sizes need to be added. bed and bath linens, all good. Great internet. I recommend it and if I need to, I'll be back.

The other guests and I were very satisfied. We entered the house and it was totally fragrant and clean. Everything working perfectly, fridge, TV, stove. We came from afar and ended up arriving earlier than expected and Miguel was kind enough to deliver the key through an Uber so that we could rest, we were very grateful. Towels and bed linens are very simple, but extremely clean and sanitized, you can see that nothing is reused without washing. Super recommended, you can book without fear.

Paulo's space is great. I really like it and recommend it. Communication with him was great too, very attentive.

Excellent space, I was able to rest a lot, spacious and soft bed. Excellent shower too and all items available, as advertised. But if you're a light sleeper, the bakery staff, just below the apartment, arrive early and make a lot of noise, so it can be annoying for those who wake up with any noise, which was not my case. In short, a great apartment for long stays and very close to the mall and USP. I will be hosting more often. Davi and Regina are super polite and always attentive and respond quickly. I recommend it.
