In the main room on the ground floor you will find all the necessary comforts, a kitchen, and a sitting area with a large sofa bed. All overlooking a breathtaking sea view. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.
