Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

A spacious studio room is presented with a comfortable bed dressed in crisp linens, accented by a blue blanket. Mirrors extend across a wall, creating an illusion of space. A small television is mounted on the wall, with minimalistic furniture placed for convenience.

There is a bike hire station just 20 seconds away, perfect for a cycle along Batumi Boulevard.

Our facility is decorated with simple and elegant colors. It has everything you need to live in and the located in city center. We offer not only sea but also city, lake and mountain views. At the same time our guests have opportunity to taste local delicacies free of charge, including delicious Georgian wine, cheese and dessert. Our facility is new and we will have special surprises for our first guests.
