This place is a very clean and comfortable place. The toilets are amazing. The cleanliness and comfortness of the toilet is one you seldom find in AirBNB out of established condominiums. Toilet is simple yet nice to be in. Car porch was also clean and spacious. Do take note however that there is NOTHING wrong in the design if the double way autogate. Just the wrong gate closed at the wrong direction for new customers with pets by the customer like myself. This is definitely a place to book if I am coming to BP again with my family and girls.... I wonder how the other bigger unit by the host nearby... plan to book if I have bigger family members joining such excursion... In summary.. Host has been great, place is clean and nice. Top Recommended in BP.

Overall : Exactly from the pictures displayed - All bathrooms are with shampoo and body wash - All rooms equipped with well functioning airconditioner - Living room with very spacious place - Nearby there is a 99speedmart within walking distance, maybe 3mins - Very responsive host

Both host and person in charge were friendly and responsive. Really love the vibe and surrounding. Great for family outing. Rooms were big and spacious. Bathroom and toilet were clean. Definitely book again!

a very peaceful and quiet area fenced and gated. owner michelle is very friendly, we actually arrived quite late in the evening by car as it was raining. while driving into the place, the road is one lane, quite dark and curvy. but i think it's better to have a sign telling us to go straight until we see a big silver gate. we got a room with balcony! there wasnt much people staying at the time but they have many other variations of rooms too. since we drove there it's was easier to travel around as there's a beach (minyak beku) just 6-8 mins drive, it's a peaceful sight and going to the town takes about 10-15 mins drive. so it's pretty recommended to go by your own car. the next morning, we picnic under the big trees and there's also a swing 🤸‍♀️ overall i enjoyed my stay here and i will come back soon!

I really love the place, the private pool was the star of this place. Enjoying midnight swim with my family since the temperature of the water was really comfortable.

Kiki was an amazing host, super friendly, responsive. The place was beautiful. 😍. Completely worth the visit.we had great fun playing games , swimming and karaoke. 💯 % recommendable 💙

Very clean and well maintained place. Linen and towels were fresh and clean. Walking distance to eating places.

HouShang was a beautiful and cosy spot with great vibes all around. The rooftop was the cherry on top—we got to enjoy an incredible sunset view over Batu Pahat right from the Airbnb. Check-in was simple and straightforward. While the entrance is located in a back alley, it was well-lit at night and easy to find. Overall, it was a fantastic stay at HouShang. I’ll definitely be back!

Qi Hong was a great host! highly responsive and easy going host who did whatever he could to make our stay as pleasant as he could! House was clean and very well kept, exactly like described. Loved the location. Very convenient for our program Entire process and experience was pleasant and comfortable for our trip. Estate was new which made the entire experience better. Water pressure in all the bathrooms was great. Aircons were working well. Overall, very nice place!
