We booked this very last minute however we really enjoyed the stay! Host was very responsive and accommodated us despite the very very short notice! Beautiful view from the balcony with natural lighting and it made us feel just right at home and comfortable! Location is near malls as well as street food! Even taking a ride to central of Georgetown is just 15mins away which is decent! Highly recommend!!

Can’t say how happy i was to find this place. Been to many places and this is one of the most simple yet comfie stay. Amenities are complete and well-arranged. Attention to detail is amazing: towel smells good, washing machine works perfectly, they even have water filter so we can drink from tap water, bed quality is top-notch for an apartment. Hats off to Amray, will definitely book his place again!

Host is very proactive and replies fast, helps with our requests and very kind. Location is near town, highly recommended

Homestay sangat selesa.. mmg sesuai utk yg bawak family dan ada anak ramai. Nak check in mudah dan check out pun flexible. Bilik semua selesa.. semua kemudahan berfungsi dgn baik. Owner pun reply pantas dan mudah berurusan. Tq sudi terima saya dan keluarga 👍🏻

The host was very friendly and understanding. This is my second time booking this house because my family truly enjoyed staying here. I highly recommend this place for large families planning to have a gathering or spend quality time together. The space is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained — definitely a great choice for group stays.

We were very happy and comfortable with the accommodation. Packets of snacks (which my kids loved) and sachets of beverages were provided, which was very thoughtful! There's also a water filter/dispenser in the kitchen which we could get hot and cold water from, this was very useful and convenient! We did not spot a single cockroach, ant, lizard nor pest in the house, which is quite rare because it's rainy season and landed houses usually have some pests - the house was very clean. Also towels in every room and basic toiletries provided. Water heater worked well. Thank you for having us!

From the moment we booked, CJ made sure everything was smooth and hassle-free, promptly answering any questions and going the extra mile to make us feel at home. His warm hospitality truly made a difference, and we’re grateful for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this homestay for families and those looking for a great venue for gatherings. 入住前有很清楚的入住指示， 入住時間是3點，我們2點抵達已可入住，非常滿意的住宿，乾淨整潔，非常舒適的房間，與圖片符合，露台可見漂亮的夜景，洗澡水很大很舒服，有兩台冷氣，我們只開一台，因為很冷，而且還有過濾水供飲用，也有洗衣機，是一間非常適合一家大小的住宿！ 有一點需要改進的是枕頭，共有四個枕頭，有兩個很硬不好睡，換柔軟的就完美了！😊

Saya sangat menikmati menginap di kamar ini. Kamarnya bersih, rapi, dan sesuai dengan deskripsi di aplikasi. Tempat tidurnya nyaman, tersedia air minum, handuk bersih, dan fasilitas lainnya sangat membantu selama saya tinggal. Lokasinya juga strategis — dekat dengan pusat kota, tempat makan, dan transportasi umum. Host sangat ramah dan responsif, memberikan petunjuk check-in yang jelas dan cepat tanggap terhadap pertanyaan saya. Suasana lingkungan juga tenang dan aman. Sangat direkomendasikan bagi siapa pun yang mencari penginapan nyaman dengan harga terjangkau. Saya pasti akan kembali lagi jika berkunjung ke area ini!

Wonderful place to stay. In love with the balcony view as it faces the sea. Windy and nice. Nearby to many local food shops. The host was responsive. Will definitely repeat the stay again.

We were disappointed that there was in fact NO pool, and in the advertisments that we looked at on the internet a pool was clearly shown,giving the impression that we would have access to such a facility. In all honesty though, it was a perception we formed from looking at the advertisment.... not one that Mr. Paco himself put forward. Other than that.... excellent. We will be back....
