Location is within walking distance to legoland and there is 7-eleven just downstairs. Ecobotanic is just 5 minutes grab ride from the location. But might be far from the usual malls that are nearer to woodlands checkpoint, about 30 to 40 minutes ride away. Can just grab and rest during the ride. Bathroom is fantasic as there is two bathroom with one of it having bathtubs and rainshower and the other have showerheads. So it really cater to people with different bathroom preference. Rooms are big and I like that there are two single beds in one of the room. Living room is okay but there is only a small side table if you want to eat in front of the TV. TV only have netflix and apps but not the usual channel 8 or 5 or CNA. But i think is still okay. Kitchen has kettle and microwave. Have toilet papers. Long towels are provided as well, but i think it is based on the bed sizes, which is 4 of it. But in general, I will book again as the location is ideal for exploring the nearby area.

i lost count how many times i stayed here, it became our 2nd home when we are in the area, even the children know how to walk to the apartment ❤️ my daughter & i are super afraid of bugs so we are so happy with this place - not a single bug anywhere! thank you for hosting our little family, looking forward to our next stay with you guys!

My group and I had a great stay at Dian's stay in Batam! The location was perfect—close to the ferry terminal, shopping malls, and plenty of food options. The host was super responsive and made check-in smooth and easy. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Wi-Fi was strong, the aircon worked great, and the bed was comfortable, however the water pressure was low due to Batam Center issue. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Batam, whether it's for a short getaway or a longer stay.

The Location is right smack in the middle of Orchard Road and there are a lot of great restaurant in the vicinity. The listing is as description and the photo matches the place that i stayed. The building is old but was pretty well maintained overall, Do run the water a bit during your stay as there might be some chock-age for the drainage linked to the bathtub, this will also allowed rust residue to be emptied for the rest of the stay. Overall great stay and great host. Would recommend for people that are looking for a good location and spacious apartment to stay in Singapore.

The location is extremely ideal and the communication was really great. I will say we didn’t have problems checking in, but we did run into a few other guests that had trouble getting the electronic key to work so I would recommend you download the app and get that set up ahead of arriving. 10/10 would recommend the stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at Ching’s place. He is very responsive and assisted in all aspects. We had fun though it was raining for the 1st 2 days. On our 3rd day, we asked for a slight extension for checkout at 1pm and he was flexible. He even helped us to check on the traffic to checkpoints. Greatly appreciate his warm hospitality.

This property is extremely tourist friendly. it is right in the middle of an extremely large amount of stores from economic to high end. it is also very close to the train system, which is very easy to learn, extremely clean, and very safe. This will let you visit virtually the entire country seeing amazing sites, have fabulous dinners, and accomplish everything that you could possibly want and go to Singapore for. The highlight of this property, however, was found in a very unusual and most unexpected spot. Raymond is a security guard who works at Park Suites. He is extremely intelligent not only about Singapore but Malaysia and other surrounding countries. Make sure to find him when you get there. We traveled with him to Malaysia, which is only 30 minutes away, and learned so much more about Singapore because of him. Raymond is the true Jewel of Singapore, and because of him, we will stay at Park Suites again and would be happy to pay twice as much for the stay. Do search him out.

We had a wonderful stay at Pang & Jessie’s Airbnb near Legoland Malaysia. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable for our family. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Legoland, which made it super convenient for us. The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. Stayed for 2 nights w family of 4. The house were true to photos advertised & clean. Host is very responsive & friendly, even provided some snacks & a doraemon stuffed toy as gift. Doraemon fans will love it! Kids also loved the bunk bed with sliding doors. Toilet door needs some repair though. Security guards were friendly too! Parking is free & easy, has open/multistorey parking but multistorey parking is very challenging for big cars. The slope up/down is super narrow when turning (especially exhausting if coming back late at night when there isnt much parking lots left & having to go up/down the narrow slopes so many times to find a lot.... i advice to go straight to basement2 than to go up). Within the condo itself, there is a minimart that is opened even at around 1030pm+ when we visited. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Will be back the next time we go legoland!

We had a blast with my family! The accommodation is very accessable to the mall and Legoland Resort. The room is clean and is highly recommended for families. It is very child-friendly with play area in the room. The kitchen has complete utensils and cooking furnitures which help us prepare our meals for couple of days. Also, great host! Fantastic place! It is so clean and spacious. We are a group of 3 adults, 3 kids and a baby. The bigger kids use the sofa bed in front of the TV. The view of the Legoland is a bonus.

This was my 2nd visit, the place very good and convenient for family trip to Legoland. 2-5mins walking distance to Legoland and 10-15mins drive bukit indah, eco botanic and horizon hills. Host also fast response when I reported water heater, in 5-10mins then technician had came to fix it.

It was our first time in Singapore and we were looking for somewhere that was fairly central & would be a good base for our sightseeing. The accommodation was quite spacious for a city centre apartment with a useful sized kitchen & a washing machine. There is a small pool that is ideal for cooling down in after a day in the heat of Singapore. The reception desk is open 24 hours which is helpful for anyone travelling in from overseas and there is the Fort Canning MRT station just 5 minutes away which is very useful for getting around quickly & cheaply. I would be happy to recommend this as a great base for a city break

Excellent place to stay - very central and convenient. Spacious apartment, well-equipped, with excellent staff and service. Lovely pool. Really wonderful place to be based for a Singapore visit - will definitely come back again soon.

great little apartment to stay out over our 5 days. very friendly and helpful with directions on how to get around singapore. aparment was affordable for a little family of 4. was close to orchard road and MRT station being a 10 min walk.

Excellent place! We are so glad we stayed here. Central to everything with the MRT stop right there. The place was very clean and comfortable and has essentially all of the amenities (kitchen, pool, gym, laundry)
