The Goat shed was wonderfully clean, James was very attentive and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The garden was superb for our dog and we all felt at home and had a lovely time. We would highly recommend. Thank you James !

Can't imagine a better place to stay in Bath. Perfect location, bright and stylish apartment, quiet bedrooms. We appreciated the Nespresso pods and the very friendly staff at the sister property, Harrington's Hotel, was a big bonus as well.

The flat is accessible to everything - the Roman Bath, The Forum, city centre, Morrisons, all good foods and coffees, or basically all that you need to give a good impression to Bath. This was a wonderful property located in a quiet part of Bath in the North end of town, a stones throw from the Circus, a little further to the Royal Crescent and Victoria Park. There are many top notch restaurants within a few block radius, but it is a much more low-key, relaxed vibe than the tourist section of Central Bath near the major attractions and pubs. Nearly everything you’d want to see is in walking distance, but if you haven’t been before, be advised that Bath is very hilly and you’ll be walking up the hill from many parts of Bath to return to this property. Ubers abound in Bath if you need one. Alison was a wonderfully responsive host who provided a great list of recommendations for the area. I highly recommend this property if you are spending time in Bath.

Lovely house in a brilliant location for an easy walk into central Bath. Right next to the park with play area and skate park which our kids appreciated!

This was a beautiful accommodation in the heart of beautiful bath. Plenty of options for public transportation, within walking distance, as well as wonderful dining options and grocery stores. It was a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful back garden! Absolutely loved it!

We stayed at Andrew's place for a week whilst visiting Bath for a family wedding and we were delighted with this wonderful home. The house was immaculate, with stunning panaromic views over Bath and we had a fabulous time as a family sitting out and enjoying the beautiful weather and scenery. Andrew provided everything we needed for a great stay, including guides for the local area and all the amenities we needed for a week stay. The house is a wonderful space for larger families like ours to stay in. Check in was seamless and we couldn't have asked for a more helpful and friendly host! We would love to stay here again in the future when we visit our family in Bath, thank you for making my sister's wedding week such a fabulous experience!

The place was easy to find and the hosts were flexible and responsive. Very grateful for allowing early check in and surprise bottle of prosecco in the fridge. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not quite what you’d hope for. It looked clean but when some of us wore white socks, by bedtime they changed colour, and there were quite a few chips, sticker marks, leftover blue tac etc. With all that being said it was still a great experience and a little damage to socks Paul’s in comparison with great hosts and fantastic location of the place.

Wonderful home. Loved the location, short walk to the Roman Baths and other sites in the town. Everyone appreciated the large beds and had ample space.

We felt right at home when we stepped into the house. This is the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in all our travels. From the welcome basket, board games, kitchen supplies like milo to bonus amenities, like the rice cooker, cheese cutter and board etc. Thanks so much for the super thoughtful touches throughout the house. We absolutely loved our stay at Helen’s. Before the stay, Helen was very responsive to our questions & provided wonderful restaurant recommendations so we could make reservations ahead of the bank holiday weekend. She met us at the flat for check-in and showed us around. It was located just over the river Avon from the center of Bath, and everything was 0.25-0.5 mile walk, which was wonderful. The street was so quiet, a nice change from our flat near Paddington Station in London, which was quite noisy. The flat is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Everything was fresh and clean, and there was a beautiful small garden in the back for relaxing. Helen leaves a lovely little basket of treats as well as a quart of milk for your tea or coffee - a very nice surprise that we seldom see in Airbnbs. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to friends.

We have stayed at Joanna's flat on numerous occasions. The location is perfect, you have everything you want and need on your doorstep. I can particularly recommend the Portcullis Pub and the Bristol Fringe as well as any of the Deli's and bakeries. The number 8 bus from next to Nero's will take you into the centre of Bristol in about 10 mins or its about a 20 to 30 min walk down some steep hills. The Clifton Suspension Bridge is about 5 mins walk away. For a short break I cannot recommend this place or location enough.

Amazing location and had pretty much everything we needed. The little cafes right outside our door were a bonus and seeing the Bath Abbey while eating breakfast at our kitchen table was outstanding. It was also lovely to hear the musicians in the square in the evening from the kitchen table.

My daughter was attending an event at the nearby Polo Ground and we stayed for 2 nights at this lovely apartment. Check in was super easy and everything was explained clearly prior to arrival. The apartment is so comfortable and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Lucinda kindly recommended restaurants etc. in the local area and was quick to respond when I had a query about something. We had a lovely time in Tetbury and would definitely book Lucindas apartment again if we were coming to the area. Thank you once again.

Stunning flat in Bath, impeccably clean, great location, 10 minute walk into the city centre, located close to major attractions like the Circus and Royal Crescent. Great bars and restaurants around.

What a great location and a perfect, private apartment! You couldn’t be closer to all of the incredible sights in Bath. Steps from the Roman Bath and Abbey. The apartment was exactly as listed. For finicky American travelers, there isn’t A/C for this 4th floor unit, but Amanda has provided several fans and you can open the window in the living room for fresh air and a breeze. Spacious bathroom and great shower. I couldn’t find the switch for the stovetop, but Amanda responded in minutes to explain how to turn it on. My only quibble was that the kettle was unusable. It looked like someone tried to boil milk in there. Fortunately, Amanda provides pots, so I just boiled my water the old fashioned way for tea. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed for my short stay. She even provided a small thing of milk and a few tea cakes to tide things over. Couldn’t recommend it more! I’ll definitely stay here next time I come to Bath.
