Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

This little estate is beautiful, the wildlife was amazing, I went with a toddler and my husband and very pregnant. Walkable playgrounds and a trampoline, swimming pool in the spa is lovely inside outside pool. Perfect for little one. Really enjoyed the peacefulness. Bank holiday weeks are very busy and everything requires to be booked so we were grateful to have several days without the peek of the holidays. House has lovely bedrooms. Was a much needed break after having to cancel a holiday to Greece due to pregnancy complications we picked this little village and was totally worth it. Day trips out to Cotswold wildlife is a worth a trip and Cirencester (we’ve been a few time is still a beautiful little town) worth bringing some essential you may need if cooking within the house.

Great house for 3 generations for half term break. Plenty of space to spread out, more than enough beds and bathrooms for 9 of us. Child friendly and lots of suitable books and games. We had a super time and fully recommend . We all fancy a return trip👍

This was everything we needed and more, there is a range of sports equipment, toys and books for the kids and travel cots, all sorts of thoughtful items. An abundance of under explained helpful additions that make it a very well thought out accommodation and place to stay. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We had an a amazing stay. The home was so comfortable. I was visiting with 7 friends so they set all the room as single beds which was perfect for us. The pool was so nice and we enjoyed an evening swim while watching movies on the projector. The area is so peaceful and there are some lovely pubs nearby such as the litton. I would love to visit again!

The Barn is situated in a peaceful location with superb views of surrounding countryside and host’s kitchen garden. Extremely well equipped decorated and furnished to a high standard. I can’t imagine anyone not able to enjoy their stay here.

This was my first time ever visiting Bath and Penny Cottage was the perfect home away from home. Everything was clean, Ruby left great recommendations for things to do and was always very responsive. Everything is clean and updated. The cottage is located in an incredibly convenient location, just a half a mile from all of Bath’s major attractions and restaurants. We really had a wonderful stay and I do hope to come back to Penny Cottage in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Rebecca & Paul’s lovely home. Firstly, it was located in a safe and gorgeous area with lots to do nearby. Secondly, the house itself was big with more than enough space to suit our family of 6. It was also clean and well furnished. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and gave clear instructions for both check in and check out. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves here and would highly recommend the place to anyone anytime.

Jill’s house is a beautiful, warm and welcoming. The walled garden is glorious and the local area is quiet and quaint. Within walking distance to the centre of Bath and with Jill’s helpful instructions, communication, friendliness and recommendations we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much!

Just had a wonderful 2 days in this gorgeous home away from home in a fabulous location to Bath city centre. The place was absolutely spotless and very well presented. Everything you needed was provided. With the city centre only a 10 minute walk away this accommodation was perfect. Would highly recommend

Perfect city centre house for a group. The property was clean, quirky and a walkable distance to the centre without being noisy and in the thick of it. Kevin was a fantastic host, responsive, helpful and made check in and out easy.

We had such a lovely stay. Julia and Brendon’s place was light and airy, clean and really comfortable. It’s really close to everything in Bath but far enough away to be quiet for a good nights sleep. Would highly recommend!

Amazing stay, we had a group of older ladies for my mums hen do and it was a perfect, quiet, remote setting. Absolutely stunning views, evwrything was clean, lovely and modern, with under floor heating downstairs. The gate was a bit hard to understand and was not in the welcome book but we got there in the end. Overall very happy with our stay! Thanks

Just returned from our stay and enjoyed the house. It felt cozy and homely. Everything we needed was there, all clean and available I use a mobility scooter and found the distance from the housewasn't too far out of town. We woulf certainly consider staying there again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Little Westbury! The place was spotless & clean, and exactly like the photos. We felt right at home. The amenities were fantastic, and there was everything we needed. We had a car and would park at the park and ride only 5 minute drive away into Bath central. The TV with chrome cast was a great addition to be able to watch Netflix. Elaine let us use their outdoor furniture to sit in the garden as it was a sunny afternoon. We didn’t want to leave - we would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for 4 adults or family. Parking outside via a permit so perfect location for walking into town and rugby match. Renee very responsive to questions asked. Lovely accommodation and great feeling on your feet with the underfloor heating in the kitchen. Everything available like at home. Thank you Renee. *****
