Vacation rentals with lake access in Bath and North East Somerset

Our stay was brilliant, the surroundings were perfect and the secure walled garden was excellent for the dogs! Would recommend the Talbot Inn in Mells for food and drink too, only 8mins drive. Would love to stay here again, thanks Marie.

Had an enjoyable few days at Goose hall, the place was more spacious then expected and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The house had everything we needed and it was a good location for exploring local towns.

A really wonderful place, we loved the Lodge and the incredible garden. Everything was spotless and it had everything you needed. The addition of breakfast and lovely bathroom products really added to it. Would 100% recommend and we will be back! Thanks.

Beautiful home in a quiet location, a few minutes walk from the sea front. Description given is fully accurate. Everything you could need is provided, furnishings/beds are clean and comfortable, decor is beautiful, showers have good pressure and plenty of hot water available. The garden is a lovely little sun trap where you can drink your morning coffee. Such a nice touch to arrive to a gift basket of goodies for our family of 7 and a golden retriever to enjoy! Pearl was quick and responsive to messages and requests. Should we return to Clevedon, we would definitely stay here.

This amazing, quirky cottage is in a spectacular setting. The house is lovely and spacious, really comfortable and full of character. The valley it sits in is teeming with wildlife: we saw deer, pheasants, an owl, butterflies and so much more, all only footsteps from the door. It was such a treat. Sam and Mark were wonderful hosts, very unobtrusive but easily contactable and helpful if needed. It was the perfect place to unwind for a few days with the family. We had intended to go for out and about, but instead, we spent a lot of time enjoying the garden, the pond, playing games in front of the log burner, cooking and eating together in the well-equipped, expansive kitchen and generally having a great time. We would love to return another time. Thank you to Sam and Mark for sharing your Enchanted Mill and the lush valley. Missing it already :-)

What a beautiful place. A great space in even better surroundings. I would absolutely stay again. It’s probably one of the nicest Airbnb’s I have stayed in. The views were gorgeous and we felt right at home in the house. When you walk through the grounds, you can quickly make your way to a bridle way / public footpath through some gorgeous countryside. For the dog lovers amongst us, it’s worth knowing dogs are not allowed on any furniture. It’s also important to know that there are no gates in the garden, so your pooch may get out of the immediate garden and into the grounds of the estate where there are ducks and water. I’d made a couple of enquiries whilst there and didn’t get a reply which was disappointing. We figured things out in the end e.g. where to put the rubbish, (it’s not outside the immediate property) the instructions here could just be a bit clearer.

A great little place, full of character and wonderfully peaceful. Many beautiful countryside walks, and a location surrounded by pastures and open fields. Expect to meet friendly locals and wildlife.

We had a fantastic stay at Mandy’s place. The house was lovely with incredible views and so many beautiful places for walks and food nearby. The beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

We booked this place for my dad while he was moving house, so it needed to be on the ground floor, easy to access and a good location. It was all these things, and Katherine was a great host. We had an issue with the internet half way through the stay which meant that he had no internet connection at all, this was a problem with the provider that was not able to be resolved despite her many attempts. In every other respect Katherine was a great host and the house was very tidy and comfortable.

Robert and Gali were amazing hosts as they are so warm, thoughtful, and kind and it made my colleague and I feel like we were back home. The communication is also unbelievable as they were always in touch and very responsive if there were any questions. The location is absolutely perfect as there are many places within walking distance and you have a lovely view right outside. The home is also full of all the amenities you could desire and is very clean. I would highly recommend this place for a short or long-term stay. Absolutely amazing place and incredible hosts!

We had a great time at Debby and Grant’s, loved the caravan and location. Everything we needed and more, thank you guys! We’re looking forward to our next stay!!

Geoff was very kind and responsive, the place was very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovley stay at daniles place. check-in was super easy communicating was spot on and super helpful. It was spotlessly clean inside, super comfortable and really well decorated, had a really good night sleep. We even had some littel bits eggs bread milk left for us, everything was well thought out and everything u would need. The balcony was really lush the views at night and in the mornings lush. The location is lovely loads of walks and great outside pool just down the road. Shops and pubs just around the corner, so much to do in the area. We would definitely come and stay again.

Sue’s flat is beautiful with a lovely well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bed is very comfortable and I slept well. Fabulous location and so close to the cathedral and College Green. Great for walking along the harbour side area too. Tea and coffee were provided. I would be very happy to stay again as is so central in the city.

Thanks Pippa for the stay in your beautiful cottage. We came down for a wedding at Coombe Lodge, which was a 14 min walk away and we felt like it was a home away from home. Modern yet cosy, a good use of space for 6 adults and a baby and good amenities close by. We would stay again and would recomiendas to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway.

The photos don’t do the lovely place justice. I was worried it wasn’t going be big enough for us, due to the fact I was using it as place to have us together to get ready for the morning of my wedding. The cottage was spacious, beautiful, cosy and was perfect for us all! There was ample of parking which was perfect. I would highly recommend and would stay again if another occasion. Both Angela and her daughter were great at responding to anything we required. They also accepting of any mess we left due to leaving late - bride always arrives fashionably late!

We had a wonderful stay at the lakeside barn. The view from the barn is truly beautiful. We came with our 8 month old baby and it was a great space for her to roam around (We brought our own travel cot which the bedroom had plenty of room for). Anna was so friendly and kind. She communicated well throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable converted cottage. We found there was lots of space for us, and it was a joy to cook and eat in with the sliding doors opened up in good weather. The location was great with day trips on our doorstep as well as the lake a short walking distance away.

We had a lovely stay over bank holiday. The home was a perfect size for us as a couple with a young baby. Clare made us very comfortable & there are lots of personal touches & tips including local walks which we enjoyed. Very peaceful location. The local pub is a short drive away. The patio was lovely in the sunshine 🌞

Beautiful air bnb, in a peaceful location! Tom was helpful with recommendations and things to do in the surrounding area. Was exactly as described with extra company from the four dogs, which we loved!

What a fabulous few days away! We loved every minute staying here. We were so welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. The local recommendations were so helpful rather than endless browsing. The house was so beautiful and well kept, lots of space and we wanted for nothing in terms of kitchen items and utensils etc. The surrounding is so so peaceful, and you feel like you are the only people in the world!
