Vacation rentals with a pool in Batatais

The house is beautiful, very well decorated, spacious and the impeccable cleaning. The rooms are large, the mattresses were all covered, we brought the bedding, as instructed. The pool is sensational, the children loved it, and there was also a huge box of toys, which was a surprise! The kitchen cabinet is very well equipped, we do not miss any kitchen utensils. The neighborhood is residential and the neighborhood is very quiet, it did not want to leave the house, we ordered everything via delivery (pharmacy, supermarket, pizza). Excellent stay, we will return for sure.

the place is great for resting, enjoying a swimming pool and a barbecue. super safe with cameras, electric fence and serpentina. the neighborhood is all under renovation because it is brand new, so there are always people on the streets, it is very safe. super-private, the space has everything you might need to spend a few days. all well new and renovated. the host is super nice and understanding. the space is beautiful and very relaxing, I recommend to everyone

Hostess Hemily's place is excellent. Very good taste in the finishing and decoration of the house. Fully equipped kitchen, impeccable outdoor space. Hemily, very attentive, responded quickly every time we requested any information. We will definitely be back.

I stayed at the Airbnb on Saturday and Sunday and had an excellent experience. The host was extremely kind and super flexible with schedules, which made all the difference. The place has a very cozy energy, it feels like being at home — it's quiet, comfortable and very pleasant to stay. The host was very attentive to us and we will certainly rent again on a future opportunity.

The house is extremely well maintained and very equipped - all kitchen accessories, bed sheets, blankets, towels, shampoo, soap, everything. All new and clean. Cristina is a 10-star host, she helped us with what we needed and always responded very quickly. The house, despite being on the street, is very safe and quiet. The neighborhood is great with lots of restaurants nearby and very close to Ribeirão Shopping.

The stay at Jorge's place was great!! The house is identical to the photos, it was super clean and organized ! Very well equipped in a quiet area! Everything was wonderful!

There were six adults and one child in the house. Everything was impeccable. The house is very spacious. The description is exactly how the house is. We had great communication with Roger and also with Mr. Renato. There was a problem with one of the showers that made it impossible for us to use one of the bathroom suites, but it didn't matter because there are so many bathrooms that it didn't make a difference! Mr. Renato was very proactive in trying to solve the problem, but since it was a long holiday, it would be very difficult to resolve in a timely manner. Both check-in and check-out were super flexible. You can rent the house, and I'm sure you'll have a good experience, like I did.

Great location , cozy and very spacious place, and I was super well served by the Studio always helpful and a great place to spend the weekend and very cozy and the main and the wonderful pool.

Excellent accommodation, very pleasant environment, clean and very organized, as described in the photos, a plus is that it has a laundry in the building, which helps a lot for travelers, the bakery near the accommodation is wonderful, I loved the hostess's tip. Márcia is very helpful and responds quickly to messages. It was very nice to host and we plan to return soon.

The Studio is exactly like in the pictures. Modern, cozy and functional. The apartment has a great location, clean, organized, modern building. Cleber has great communication and provides all the facilities and utensils for a great stay. Super recommended to stay here! Book without fear!

Aurelio was extremely attentive, the place is pleasant, clean, air-conditioned, swimming pool, good mattress. The Rental for myself and my friend ended up not going but as she was on the register everything happened in an impeccable way.
