Sean was very accomodative right from the beginning. instructions for self check in was clear and concise. the only thing have to take note is the loud traffic due to its central location. otherwise the stay was beautiful. the place was well maintained and in immaculate condition. definitely recommended.

Could raise 6 stars if available Really wonderful and relaxing home stay. The only inconvenient is a bit small insects but staying in farm as expected.

Main good point 1. Highly responsive host 2. Best mattresses for our good quality of sleep 3. Clean bathrooms with water heater 4. Filtered water Additional point 1. Karaoke set so we don’t have to go out for entertainment during our short stay. 2. Insta grammable property. 3. Seaview homestay n near to restaurants n retails.

I booked two rooms at silverscape for my friend and I and Ivy’s room were significantly better than the other one from ease of checkin to cleanliness to facilities and responsiveness…. Very good and hope I can come back again. ..

One of the best homestays for a small family with kids! Beautifully decorated unit with complete facilities and amenities. Good location, with easy check-in and check-out. Happy kids, happy parents :)

very proactive host. let us know of anything in regards to the house upfront. its worth it to have a weekend with a small group gathering around melacca.
