Villa vacation rentals in Batam

The villa was clean and ample spaces for get together and children can run around. Great for large families.

The best views of the Harbor. This property was ideal for our short golf getaway in Batam. Set in a gated resort setting, the convenience of a restaurant and convenience store on site was an added bonus. The living area and open kitchen were spacious and well equipped. The beds in the bedroom was super comfy and toilets were clean and well equipped as well. The second floor terrace had a BBQ set and family lounge great for outdoor parties. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use it. Ade greeted us at check in and was super friendly. He also did cleaning on our third day and was super efficient. Great service. Other than all the positives, only thing to note is this villas had flights of stairs leading to the property which may be cumbersome for some but overall it was a perfect getaway.

We much enjoyed our stay. The villa was nice, well-furnished, spacious, and comfortable. it is the best place to go whenever you want to relax in a tropical resort with an authentic flavour. Is is only 45 minutes by boat from Singapore. Commincaton with Oliver was very kind and easy. We plan to come back again!

This villa was just perfect for the time we needed. With a two minutes walk to the beach and pool, and easy accessibility to the neighboring resorts for activities, was a major highlight. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. We had a great time.

Myself and three friends stayed and they were so very accommodating getting beds ready and organized. The villa is tastefully decorated and filled with all you need. Beautiful view of the ocean. Beds were unbelievable comfy. Wish we would have stayed longer.

It was nice staying in this place. Host Dian is responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The place is renovated and it is a good property compared to the other properties around this place. It was a nice peaceful stay

Overall the stay was great! The beds were a bit smaller than we thought, but everything was spotless. There were TONS of mosquitoes at night so be sure to bring some repellents. It's a shame to limit the numbers of visitor to 6 people - the villa was huge! It can easily fitt 10 people with extra beds.

Place was clean and as described. A very compact place with many plugs everywhere. I didn’t bring a Singapore plug but realised there were many extension plugs for sg plug points around the place. Host was responsive and it was a good stay. Unfortunately, amenities (pool) were in maintenance so didn’t get to use it

My son and I spent 6 nights at the villa, we enjoyed our stay very much. Very peaceful setting. The host and housekeeper were very responsive and helpful. Convenient location to make a day trip to Singapore. We went up to Turi beach for most of our meals, walkable or easy to get a Grab. Yes there were mosquitoes but I just went prepared with repellent and and antihistamines. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Great house in the peaceful Nongsa village, clean, good communication and service, all amenities available. Thank you for a great family stay, will definitely go back!

Elsie is the perfect host...her instructions were spot on and was always available to advise and give additional support should you need it with recommendations for places to eat and see. Elsie's villa was beautiful and completely as she described...a tranquil oasis..

Please take some time to read my long review! We had a really enjoyable stay at Budi’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and well-kept, and the beds were comfortable, perfect for our family trip. We especially appreciated how responsive and helpful Budi’s was whenever we had a question or ran into a small issue. Even though there were a few hiccups, everything was handled quickly and smoothly, which made us feel well taken care of. The house had a nice layout that worked well for our group. It was great having two levels for a bit of space and privacy. The location was also great, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely recommend this place to others. We’d be happy to stay again in the future. Thanks again for everything!☺️

Host was very hospitable and friendly, quick to respond to queries. House was clean and in pristine condition, everything was in a good state. Had no problems checking in and out of the house, wifi was strong. Came down when we had problems and fixed it. However, a few things to note: - the water pressure is quite low - the bbq grill was quite small, thus didnt use. - One of the air-cons were not as cold (even in 16 degrees) - all the houses look the same, thus it was difficult to find it at the start.
