I am renting my 40m2 cosy duplex apartment located 3min walk from Gare de Lyon. It is in the 12th arrondissement, very close to Bastille, the Coulée Verte, the Aligre market and the Marais district. 5th floor & NO ELEVATOR. The apartment is clean, well decorated, very bright and quiet. It has Wifi connection, a full equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a working space area. A delicious boulangerie is located at the foot of the building and supermarkets, cinemas and bars are just 5 min away.

Cosy appartment in the heart of Paris

Appartement de 40 m2, entièrement rénové et décoré avec goût , très calme dans un immeuble de charactère à deux pas de la Bastille. A proximité ( 5 minutes à pied ) de la Place des Vosges, du Marais et des quais de Seine. A 50 metres de la station de Metro ( 3 lignes : 1 - 5 et 8 ). A la fois central avec la proximité des bars etrestaurants ainsi que les commerces du Marche d’Aligre, cinémas, l’appartement est au calme absolu, donnant sur une cour verdoyante. Au 3eme étage sans ascenseur.

If you are looking for a romantic place for two this is it!!! It was absolutely perfect and attention to detail was top notch! The space had everything we needed and more and it was so picturesque!! The courtyard was beautiful and the views out the windows were perfect. The neighborhood was great! Everything you need just steps away. The neighborhood guide is incredibly helpful. We enjoyed so many of the food options and wine bars right around the apartment. Easy walk to get to the metro. We were able to easily navigate our way around, even with it being our first time to Paris and Europe as well! When we return we will not hesitate to book with these lovely host again!

An absolute delight to stay in Carole's art-filled and art-infused space. Amazing location, clean and comfortable. Carole was wonderfully helpful and flexible with checking in and out of the space. Although I only made a fleeting one night stay, top of my list for a return visit! Highly recommend.

I wish we could give 10 stars for our stay at this lovely apartment ! This was one of the nicest and most well furnished Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. Isabelle and Geraldine have decorated and upgraded the unit beautifully. The well equipped kitchen and living area are nicely separated from the bedroom, which contains a large comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The full bathtub was appreciated also. The wonderful Aligre market is literally outside the door, but the unit faces the courtyard and was very quiet and private feeling. This was our first time staying in the 12eme, but it won’t be our last. We would love to stay here again and we highly recommended Isabelle and Geraldine’s apartment !

Very close to Bastille metro and easy to find. Very central for getting to all the sights. Just a few stops on one metro line from Gare du Nord, if you are arriving by Eurostar. Francois was very helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation had everything I needed and more. Great to have a kettle, coffee maker and your own fridge in the room. Little supermarket nearby if you wish to get provisions. Checking in and out was straightforward and Francois was on hand to show me around when I arrived. Very comfortable, quiet, pleasant room with great tv and good Wi-Fi. I would happily stay there again. Thank you, Francois!
