Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Stunning 1 bedroom flat (46m2) located on the 2nd floor of a classic Parisian building in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. Nestled in a quiet street leading to the canal de l'Ourcq, this apartment is perfect for a single traveler or a couple. It has been renovated in 2021 and is furnished in a tasteful way using mid century and industrial furnitures. Metro station Riquet (line 7) is located 1 min walk from the apartment. It will bring you to the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame in 15 min.

Charming apartment located on the heights of Belleville and close to the Buttes Chaumont park, 5 minutes walk from the heart of Village Jourdain, 18 minutes by metro from Châtelet, 20 minutes from the Gare de l'Est... Very bright and enjoying a clear view, the 45m² apartment was completely renovated in May. It has an entrance, a living room/equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. It can accommodate a couple and a young child. (travel cot or inflatable mattress).

Carefully designed, this sunny 70s apartment with SW terrace was written about in Architectural Digest, ELLE Deco, and other design publications. Recently renovated by an architect, it’s located at 200m from the famous Buttes-Chaumont park, 1 minute from the metro, and 400m from the Canal. Located in a quiet street between the park and the canal waterfront with its cinemas, trendy bars and restaurants. Back home, take a bath or chill at the sunny South-West terrace.

My studio of 26 m2 is located in a residential area, close to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont. The neighborhood is well served by public transportation and offers many amenities. Great for families, couples, friends, or business travel. You will find: an open bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a dining area, a kitchen area and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Charming Studio with Canal View

A jewelry district of Paris which was my favorite, both young and family, perfect for a weekend getaway for two couples or groups of friends. There are many cultural highlights of Paris such as the Philharmonie, the Canal de l 'Ourcq and the Buttes Chaumont. Many bars and restaurants, ideal to find yourself in an atmosphere of Parisian youth. 3 metro lines serve the district which take in 15 min max door to door to the Sacré Coeur, Opera or the Marais.

Situation: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (for our American friends: this means 3rd floor for you: ground floor + 2,), with elevator and is 600 meters from the magnificent Buttes-Chaumont park, and 100 meters from the Loire quay and the Saint-Martin canal. Jaurès (line 2 and 5) and Bolivar (line 7 bis) stations are a 3-minute walk away.

Welcome to my cosy studio ! It is ideal to discover Paris in couple or for a business trip. You can take enjoy of a real bed thanks to the space that is in the studio. It is completely equipped and will allow you to make yourself as at home. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A washing machine is available in the apartment. Between the park of the Buttes Chaumont and the park of Belleville, the district is very lively.

Bright Parisian apartment renovated by architects It has a direct view of the Ourcq Canal, which makes this place very peaceful and pleasant. You can enjoy a walk along the canal, or in the nearby parks of La Villette and Buttes Chaumont. Two metro stations are nearby: Jaurès 250 meters away and Stalingrad 400 meters away.
