nicoletta has an amazing place. she thought about all the small details to provide the guess everything they need for their stay. the house is beautiful and very clean, the furnitures are high quality. Nicoletta always answer fast to every message and provided fast and professional service. she has 2 very cute dogs that I enjoyed them around. highly recommend!

Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. An apartment with a lovely garden in a quiet area. Several vaporetto stops are within 10 minutes. You can reach everything within 20 minutes.

There were three of us in Fabian's very nice cottage in April and we enjoyed our time very much. We had a lot of bad weather, so we were all the more pleased with the hot jacuzzi in rainy weather. Thanks to the fireplace, it never got too cold in the house either. You can take a great hike directly from the house. In half an hour's drive you are in the higher mountains. Wonderful that you can visit many small and large cities in the area. Lots of good ice cream shops and restaurants. We will be happy to come back.

Federico is a super helpful host, kind and very flexible on check-in and check-out times. The house is small but you don't miss anything. It has everything you need and is surrounded by nature and peace.

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

The apartment will not disappoint you, you have everything you need exceptionally clean and in perfect condition. Comfortable bed, AC for warmer days, great kitchen and shower room. Awesome stay in an awesome city! Convenient, clean, cosy and comfortable would be just a few words to describe this beautiful home. From the incredibly hospitable hosts, to the stunning location, we could not have asked for a better stay in one of our favourite cities! Close to bus stops, shops and the city centre, we thoroughly enjoyed the easy commutes as well as the peaceful atmosphere of the area. We had a wonderful time at Claudia’s place. It’s beautiful house close to train station , vaporrate and other attractions but yet away from rush of the city. Our family enjoyed the beautiful backyard and host is very friendly. House was super clean and had all the necessary items which we needed.

The location is perfect close to San Marcos square. I solely booked for the rooftop terrace and location. It’s a unique space on the top floor of the building. The space has basically 3 levels. Great use of space with charm. It’s exactly as described and my family had a very pleasant stay. The host was very proactive, responsive, and also sent several tips and recommendations.

Lucia offers a quiet and conveniently located accommodation in the heart of Venice... I highly recommend it because it is very easy to access and bright!

Check-in was easy to understand and they provided information about nearby facilities and bus stops to get to Venice.The kitchen was easy to use, and there was a supermarket nearby, so we had a pleasant time.Venice is about 30 minutes from the house, so it wasn't hard to get there by bus every day during our 3-night stay. The host, Jessica, always took care of us during our stay.This is a great place to stay in Venice.

A wonderful apartment in a perfect location. Right in the pedestrian zone with restaurants, supermarket and bars but still very very quiet. Breakfast coffee (Goppion) right outside the door and recommended. After the day in Vendig or on the beautiful island, we came to the apartment with joy and were able to switch off immediately. The roof terraces are simply incredible and have sun all day. We liked to use it to relax to end the day or to take a break before dinner. Everything is sparkling clean and cozy. Amazing place with a terrace offering wonderful views of Venice! Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Spacious room, well-lit dining room, tv area with skylight, and well-equipped kitchen. Would return if ever back in Venice!

Olivia and Andre were fantastic hosts! Our inbound flight was delayed, but they were flexible in getting us checked in on a holiday. The Palazzo was beautiful and very walkable with easy access to the Train Station, boats, etc. Would definitely stay here again!
