Mr. Şenol's approach was very friendly and caring. She was helpful with our needs even though we stayed one night. The location of the house was also quite nice. The temperature of the pool was quite good even though it was winter. We were satisfied with the service it provided. I would give 5 stars on everything. There's just that, the house is normally a 3 story apartment building and there are people sitting on the top two floors, one of which is the host himself. The entrance and courtyard of the ground floor have been separated and a separate area of privacy has been created. There's definitely no discomfort, but the photos show the only facade of the building.

The house is very close to the lake in a central location. Cleanliness was very good. We did not have any problems in terms of linens, pool, etc. The items were new and had everything we needed. Only the cover on the hot tub wouldn't close. We couldn't use it. And because it's so close to the road, there's car noises, but if you're going to go in the winter, it's not too much of

Our stay was great! The house was very clean, comfortable and just as it appeared in the photos. The location was also quite advantageous, we were able to reach everywhere easily. The host, Ms. Deniz, and Ms. Hamiyet, who took care of us, were very caring and hospitable. Thank you so much for everything, I would definitely like to come back.

The location of the house is very central. The interior of the house was tastefully selected from its curtain, to the coffee table, from the beds to its ceramics, from the cutlery, to the carpet. Cheerful and sweet house. It was great to have a filter coffee machine 🤗 The heating of the house was from the floor and it was enough for us. In case we wanted to light the fireplace, they even brought wood. The pool was immaculate and warm. We enjoyed it with the kids. We will go again. Thank you

We had a great stay experience! The house was very clean, tidy and beautiful as in the photos. The location was very good, we were comfortable in terms of transportation. The host was also very caring and welcoming, quick to respond to any questions we had. A place we would definitely want to stay again, would recommend to everyone!

It's a great place in terms of price/performance. They didn't even hurt us for a mishap that wasn't due to them, and our weekend was enjoyable. The temperature of the pool was quite sufficient. We were able to adjust the temperature ourselves very easily.

She took care of it right away if there was an issue. The best part of the house was privacy, a safe and peaceful place with shelter. Would recommend.

We had a very peaceful stay in this chalet with our friends on New Year's Eve, first of all, thank you very much for the order of the house and Mr. Recep's interest. The layout and peace of the house was more than it looked in the photos. Everything we might need was considered and a really perfect accommodation area was provided and we had a very comfortable holiday. The host, Mr. Recep, was very helpful with every question and we were able to reach him at any time. The wood needed for our heating was very open to our use and we were very comfortable. We would like to thank our host for the holiday themed decorations and the fine gift left for us. We will definitely go back to this chalet with a very spacious chalet and a very nice garden where you can go without hesitation and have a very nice time.

Ms. Ayşegül was very helpful. It would be better to go directly through google maps yourself for the location. We had a small way to find it, but Ms. Ayşegül took care of it quickly. The pool was great, we enjoyed it a lot, the temperature was very good, including its cleanliness. I would definitely prefer it again.

Ms. Tugba has patiently answered all our questions from the beginning of the process, first of all, thank you very much for this. Don't doubt the temperature, the air conditioners work very well. In short, we were very happy. Ms. Tugba was a great host.

Everything is as seen in the photos, it's quiet, peaceful, and it's a beautiful place to relax. We were very comfortable with our family. We were never cold because the heating system of the house was amazing in this cold weather. The pool was very warm, clean and very large. The house is very big, so it's huge. I think 7 or 8 people can stay. The winter garden was great. When there is a winter garden, you never sit in the house so beautiful. The heating system and swing in the winter garden was very successful. You don't need to take anything from your home because of the kitchen, kitchenware, and the dishwasher in the kitchen. There's even coffee and tea. The only downside was that the dog took one of our shoes that we left in front of the door, which probably happens to a person in a thousand. We already found that too. We had no problems. You can go with peace of mind
