We had a fantastic stay at Melograno! The place is located in the centre of Matera which was very convenient for my elderly parents. The accommodation has an amazing view of Matera, is beautifully decorated and it is exactly how is shown on the photos. Anna is a great host very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place 100%. Francesca

Bellissimo appartamento nel pieno centro della zona dei sassi di Matera. Ambiente pulito e ordinato, in un'atmosfera unica e magica. Ottima comunicazione con l'host. Consiglio senza dubbi.

L’appartamento è posizionato ottimamente perché è vicino sia al parcheggio sia alle piazze principali del centro ed é molto confortevole, accogliente e arioso. Allo stesso tempo si trova su una strada senza eccessivo passaggio di visitatori. L’esperienza di dormire in un Sasso è stata unica, qualcosa che ricorderemo!

Location da paura al centro di Matera, apri la porta e ti trovi una delle chiese principali a destra e una magnifica vista dei sassi a sinistra, se mai tornerò a Matera sarà di sicuro l unica stanza che vorrò, l’host super cordiale e accomodante, lo consiglio senza ombra di dubbio.

We are so very grateful that we found Angela's place. It was a last minute booking for us and we didn't have very high expectations. If we would have had though, the high expectations would have been met!! We stayed in the loft apartment and it was very clean, very practical furnished and very quiet and peaceful. There was everything you needed. The pool was cold but I love that since it was hot summer when we visited. Sun all day on the sun chairs!! Her two dogs were lovely. Angela as a host is the best host I've ever had during all my airbnb stays. Very attentive, easy communication, super friendly and really helpful. I would most definitely come back to casa pistacchio. The house is located at the bottom of the city (its a steep and cool city!), and the accommodation provided parking. Grazie mille Angela 🫶

All was good for 2 days stay!

If we could leave a 10* review - we would! Do not hesitate to book Francesco’s place! He was so accommodating as we were not sure of our arrival time (we came in by bus from Salerno). He waited to greet us to explain everything! He had the lights on and candles lit so when we walked in- WOW! Soooo MAGICAL! The location is just perfect and for our two dinner meals - we ate at restaurants within steps from “our Sassi” (he recommended!!) -We would have loved to stay longer, however, our travel schedule wouldn’t allow it) You must take advantage of the Relaxation Room… it was heavenly taking a bath at night with the candles lit. Book before you miss out!!

Esperienza a 5 stelle! Mia moglie ed io abbiamo vissuto una esperienza autentica nei sassi! Molto accogliente e l attenzione degli host è stata buonissima!

Mijn vriend en ik hebben een nachtje bij Moyseion mogen verblijven. Het is echt een ervaring die je nergens anders zult krijgen in Matera. Er zit extreem veel detail in deze accommodatie. Elke kamer heeft zijn eigen thema waar een verhaal achter zit. Naast de ruimtes is het personeel ook nog eens enorm behulpzaam en gastvrij. Je kunt ze alles vragen en ze vertellen graag over de historische elementen van het verblijf. We hebben echt enorm genoten en raden het iedereen aan die twijfelt! P.S. Als je twijfelt om bij de rituelen aan te sluiten, doe het dan zeker!
