A cow grazes along a rocky shoreline, surrounded by smooth pebbles and driftwood. Gentle waves lap at the shore under an overcast sky, while a rugged coastline rises in the background, featuring grassy slopes and a cliff. Low surf can be seen in the distance.

Crowded House

The place is well situated, very lovely accommodation, comfortable and beautiful setting. We enjoyed our time there. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful and spacious home.
A coastal scene features a beach covered in a variety of smooth, rounded stones. The pebbles in shades of grey and black stretch across the shoreline, with a backdrop of lush, green hills rising in the distance under a cloudy sky.

Black Rock Accommodation

DidiRating, 5 stars2 months ago
it was super great, the arrival adventurous. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay 1 night organizationally ( clearly not enough)
A wooden balcony features a clean railing and is furnished with four woven chairs and a glass-top table. The adjacent sliding doors allow natural light to flow indoors, while greenery and a pathway are visible in the background.

Great stop on a long journey! Morne was very friendly and accommodating! Everything we needed was provided for.
An expansive covered veranda presents a dining area with a large wooden table and multiple chairs. Comfortable seating options, including a plush lounge chair, are offered. Large windows provide unobstructed views of the beach and lagoon, enhancing the light and airy atmosphere.

Mor Ty - Family Friendly, great view.

GrantleyRating, 5 stars54 months ago
We loved our stay at Mor Ty. You can tell that Donald and his family have spent many happy summers at the house. It has clearly evolved for all the needs of a good family holiday, and we felt at home right away. It has a fresh, open feeling to it. The deck offers a lovely view while watching the sun rise, or enjoying a sundowner, while the braai area round the back offers a welcome retreat on windy days. The only improvement I would suggest is new pillows, as they are a little flat, but apart from that, you have everything you need. Morgan Bay is a beautiful place and Donald is a kind and considerate host, so if you enjoy the beach and nature, I would give this place a go.

Family home with stunning views

HenryRating, 5 stars42 months ago
Great place to stay especially if you are a large family or group. Views are spectacular. Love that the rooms are accessed via the balcony. One of the most fully stocked houses I've ever stayed in, from the books to the kitchen. Owners made us feel welcome and was in constant communication to ensure that our stay was comfortable.

Sleepy Hollow Cottage, Mngcibe

RichRating, 5 stars26 months ago
Sleepy Hollow is a really typical Transkei getaway. There is no doubt it is very rustic and not recommended if that's not your cup of tea. Having said that, it has electricity, internet, a great water collection and pumping system, a flushing loo, a spotless shower, a built in braai and kitchen with a fridge and freezer and a gas stove plus all the cutlery crockery and utensils you need. We spent many hours chilling on the deck, reading books and drinking G&T's or walking on the beach collecting shells. The hike to Lwandile was well worth it. We left feeling properly relaxed and suitably plugged out from the hustle and bustle. We also ate enough crayfish to feed an army! Not taking away from the amazing holiday, be aware of the following: - It is very remote - It has 3 bedrooms and a deck open on all side, so when it rains there is nowhere to congregate - It is a fair walk to the beach and the closest swimming beach is a bit of a car mission. Thanks for a great holiday:-)
