The toilet has large support handles and an emergency call line, where in an emergency you can acoustically and visually draw the attention of the accompanying person in the living room. The kitchen and living room are in one large room. Here, too, there is high-speed Internet and Netflix on the TV. If you arrive with an electric car, you can charge it on our property at a wallbox.

On a quiet village road at the exit of Berne (approx. 7,000 inhabitants), our vacation home is surrounded by meadows, a small forest and connection to the river "Ollen." The house is absolutely quiet and offers the perfect place to relax. Our small forest and meadow offer many opportunities for children and adults to play. It is only 3 kilometers to Weserstrand. Distance to Bremen: about 30 km Distance to Oldenburg: about 20 km

Our small (33 m²) but fine basement apartment is located in beautiful Haarenesch-quarter with your past "Oldenburger kennels" in the heart of Oldenburg. City, state theater, restaurants and bars are a few minutes walk away. Pius-Hospital and Ev. Hospital located in the neighborhood. Through the garden gate you can directly reach a dirt track for walks along the Soest and across the dike. A small outdoor seating area invites you to linger. The apartment is adjacent to our family's living area – the children or the family dog can be heard outside of the nighttime quiet hours.

The apartment is an in-law in our own house, but delimited and with its own entrance. It is located on the ground floor of the house.
