Spectacular host: responsive, clear, honest and clearly someone who values quality. Eventualities arose and everything was properly taken care of quickly. Excellent quality standard. We stayed at apt. 104. The property's cleanliness is very professional.

The Fazenda is beautiful and full if history of the deal with cocoa. Seu Mário is people too thin and knows everything about the place and Dona Tonha is very friendly. The Farm is to truly rest. We made a trail at night and photographed a beautiful owl named Murucututu. Fantastic place to rest and breathe clean air. we'll come back one day.

The experience of staying in the property was positive in several respects. At first, I was reminded of the fact that the host sent us a guest manual, containing not only information on how to have a better experience at your property, but above all the document presents the history of the city and indications of sights, where to eat and how to travel in the city. This was a differential for those who didn't know the city like I did. I had the feeling of standing in front of an official city guide, given to visitors! The property made me feel at home. Well located, with new rooms and furniture that made the hosting very enjoyable. In the images of the advertisement I saw that there were in 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1 and single) tubular beds. To my grateful surprise, the owner moved all to bed box, giving even more comfort to my family. Finally, it is worth noting that the host, Mr. Adroaldo, it was very proactive, fast and always cordial to me and my family. Thanks and see you next time!

The apartment matches the announcement. It has a great location, close to the center. Close to everything ( restaurants, snack bars, market, bar, pharmacies, shops, etc.). We were well received by Louri who at all times proved helpful, proactive, and kindly let us at ease, making himself available for any need during the entire period we spent. We love the stay and we hope to return at other times.

The entrance showcases a tiled hallway leading to an open space. Reflected light is seen on the glossy floor, while several windows allow natural light to brighten the area. A circular mirror is mounted on the wall, contributing to the open atmosphere.

Excellent stay, very large and comfortable ground floor apartment with garage and backyard.

The bathroom features a countertop with a small sink and neatly arranged towels in white and light pink. A potted plant adds a touch of greenery. A mirror above the sink reflects the light-colored walls, while a doorway leads to another area.

The apartment is very airy and comfortable.. It has an excellent location, close to the center, close to everything (restaurants, market, bar, pharmacy, snack bar, etc.). We were well received by Louri, who was always helpful, proactive and kindly made us feel at ease, making himself available for any need throughout the period we spent in the apartment. We loved the stay and hope to return on other occasions.

Due to an eye surgery, I stayed quickly with Walter. The place is easy to access, there is a market nearby that you can walk. The city usually has everything very close and app floor costs few, so the location is great. The host is education and responded to my demands with ease. The apto is spacious, well equipped and the building is calm.
