Very good accommodation! It met all the expectations described in the listing! My family and I will have good memories of this place! The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for those looking for rest, but for those looking for excitement and fun, rest assured because it is close to the water parks and the city center, about 10 minutes by car. The host is very quick to answer questions that might come up. She gave good restaurant references. She explained how to check in and out very well.

Large house, easy access, good location, good indoor space, air conditioning in the rooms that makes a lot of difference as the city is very hot, kitchen with plenty of utensils , good swimming pool, heated.. Garagem for two cars, fit perfectly, pool table that we used a lot. Were flexible with Check-in, they always responded quickly to our messages. I recommend, and would rent again when we return..

The best stay I've ever had. Diego, from the first contact, was helpful, responding quickly and answering all questions and was patient in giving the requested information. Upon arrival, we were greeted by his parents who were extremely friendly and helpful. The house is very clean, spacious, good quality furniture, nothing old, a fragrant and organized house. The neighborhood appears to be new, with a lot of tranquility, a sense of security and peace, there are some small shops nearby that solve most needs. If you need more structure, a 10-minute drive away you have larger markets, shops and parks. Very satisfying experience. We took care of the house as if it were our own, as it is our way of thanking Diego for opening it up to us. If you are looking for a house with a countryside feel, but with good comfort and cleanliness, this is it.

Great house in Barretos, with three bedrooms is a sofa bed in the living room. Comfortable for a group of friends, with very nice pool, barbecue and garden. Host responds quickly and is always on hand.

I spent 6 wonderful days staying with my family. The house is perfect, well located, quiet neighborhood and very close to the water parks and downtown. Maria, Claudio and Elaine, the owners of the house, were very attentive, recommended tours and are very nice people. We will definitely be back more often. Gratitude 🙏

We arrived and everything was impeccable, I was surprised by the space, the room is huge, we are comfortable, our 1 year babies were very safe, because the doors of the corridors protected from access to the pool. The lighting of the house and the leisure area is beautiful, perfect!!! Host Daniel and his wife Rosi are lovers, super attentive. Surely if we go back to Barretos we will stay there again. Townhouse was a perfect holiday in a perfect home!! Gratitude!!
