excellent place I recommend to everyone and Victor's apartment is a gift, better located in the park with the best possible view in front of the pools I would rent again yes for sure and Victor is a very helpful person, helped me with the questions, it was very fast with the entry papers, my family felt at home there, nice, family, safe, wonderful, my vacation was very good in this place, my family loved it, thank you Victor

The contact with the host was perfect, Willian was a thousand note. The arrival at the resort was complicated, the host has no way to fix this - the problem is chronic with the resort. The delay at check in is disturbing, at the checkout so it is not even counted. I say again, Willian can't solve this, the problem is in Barretos Country. But I'll come back, it's worth the moments of fun

We love the space, and the beds are super comfortable. The house has air conditioning in one of the rooms that helps a lot in maintaining a pleasant temperature inside the house. The space outside the house is also very nice including the pool. Samuel was very attentive throughout the process, from before we confirmed the reservation, to check out, that by talking to him, we were able to make it flexible as well. The only point we noticed was the presence of ticks, as we went with 2 puppies, we had to buy those anti-pull/tick drugs after we found some in them, other than that, everything was excellent.

The exterior features a secure, gray façade with a white metal gate. Protective barbed wire lines the top of the fence, and a tree offers a touch of greenery. The driveway is paved, leading to a two-car garage.

An excellent local!! The people who handed me the keys were super attentive. Regarding the rationing of water, it refers to the whole city of Barretos, and Helio explained to me before I rent it. Super recommend his place!! I will validate
