We loved your stay at Casa Biana. From the facade to the pool, it's all beautiful! The house is new, beautiful, well decorated and organized. The kitchen had everything we need. It has 3 air conditioned in the living room, which makes the whole house cold and pleasant. The Cris diarist that Andressa recommended is wonderful and helped a lot (her orange cake is divine). We loved our stay and we'll definitely be back! Andressa was solicitous at check-in and other questions we had. We love everything!

The accommodation was impeccable, Almeida was always proactive in helping us and always responded to our needs, the house is very beautiful, it met all our needs and also with all the necessary utensils, the rooms were perfect, with air-conditioning, which was simply what caught our attention! The house is great. Very cozy, it has the face of Atins. It is very well ventilated, so there is no air conditioning, even on hot days. It has a very cool outdoor area, with grills, in addition to a sensational shower. We love staying in the house. Unique but it was that we found a little noisy at night because it was on the main street, and quad bike noises start early. Outdoing this, all note 10.

The house is very cozy, well located with a large yard, wonderful, comfortable and relaxing. It has hammocks to rest and hear the sound of nature. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are super clean like the rest of the house. In the bedrooms there are mosquito nets with very comfortable beds. The Lika who welcomed us is very friendly and helpful. She helped us by giving local tips and answering all of our questions, always being available. The house is close to markets and some restaurants. The beach is close too, being possible to do everything on foot but everything is on the sand. If you want, you can hire a quadritaxi for an affordable price. We loved our stay at Casa Coqueiros in Atins and will definitely be back.

The house is lovely, well-equipped and with an amazing view of the river. The population is very receptive and you easily feel at home. A real downside is the distance from Atins. The two markets we found in the village had very few items, to cook or make breakfast. Pedro's restaurant, next to the house, is really very nice and saved us with a wonderful dinner. He also took us to Atins in the morning, 25.00 per person round trip by rabeta (those canoes with a motor) or 250.00 per person, round trip, by speedboat. As our schedule included tours, we chose to stay only one night at Amanda's house, as the cost of transportation would not be worth it and we missed having a market with more options (there were no items such as bread, cream cheese, beer). Anyway, I recommend Amanda's house for those looking to rest and enjoy the beautiful river view. For those who intend to visit Atins, I don't think it's very interesting. Check-in was smooth.

I really enjoyed my stay! The cost-benefit is great, and Leo, who was the one who received us, is super proactive and polite. I arrived earlier than check-in time, and since the room was already vacant and tidy, he let us in without a problem. The location is close to the center but it is a walk of about 12 to 15 minutes. The surrounding streets are very dark, but the location is safe and has a police station very close by. The space is a good size, the bed is comfortable, it has air conditioning and has all the basic and essential kitchen utensils. In addition, the bed and bath linens, in addition to the rooms, were very clean and smelled good. I recommend it!!

The house is spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living area was comfortable and cozy. The rooms were airy and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent apartment, with excellent location. It's on the way to the tours and the agencies pick you up at the door. It has a swimming pool in the condominium and access to the Rio Preguiça. Quiet stay and the house is very good and well-equipped. The hosts were helpful and always ready to assist. Close to Beira Rio restaurants. I highly recommend it. Excellent cost/benefit.

The place served us well in the 5 days we stayed, it has a garden with very good kiosk in the front, a super large patio, large balcony with two nets that is very good considering the heat it does there is very refreshing to stay on the balcony. There is a puppy that is in the courtyard but is super docile, without any risk. A Maria and the Chico that received us are always available and are very helpful for everything you need. Around the site there is a market and bakery, but for those who do not mind taking a short walk, it is about 700/800 meters from the centre where there are several restaurants and places to buy handicrafts. The street in the front can be a bit noisy as it is a very busy place, at least on the days we stayed was quite tumultuous. A point I think is important, there are many ants in the house, but there was insecticide in the closet. Overall, we found it a great cost-benefit, we would recommend the location to others.
