The apartment was exactly as described, we were in a group of 6 people, and everyone was well accommodated, very comfortable, and the view of Rio was too beautiful. The host always responded, and was willing to answer questions or any problems that arose in the accommodation, we will certainly return other times

My family LOVED the stay… the apartment, in addition to being close to the city center, is very cozy and with a wonderful view of the Rio Preguiça… the hosts, in addition to being very helpful, made the celebration of my 3-year-old son's birthday a happy one!!! I SUPER RECOMMEND it and I'll be back more often!

Great place, it's in a strategic location, on the bridge where the tours leave from, so you're the first to be home after a long day. The Condominium is very beautiful, and perfect for walking to the center where the restaurants are located.

Mauricelia was an extremely present host, everything I needed she was able to solve, I had problems with the transfer and arrived at 8am, my check-in was only at 2pm, as the apartment was empty and clean she promptly cleared the entrance, there was a problem in the region with a power outage due to an accident, she quickly contacted the building administration and kept me informed about the restoration of power. The only sadness was that on the last day of our stay they closed the pool for cleaning and we could not enjoy it. I recommend it without a doubt and I will return with my family more often for sure.

Apartment with great cost benefit, perfect location as it is already facing the Lencois Park (last to be caught on the tour and first to be delivered) and very close to the tourist center of Barreirinhas that has the restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, everything!. Jose Artur responds fast and is super helpful. Afim, super recommend!

Very comfortable apartment and everything works perfectly. Beautiful decoration all clean. cooks all items to prepare meals. It was a great stay I felt at home.

Excellent place to relax between walks to the falls, helpful and polite staff. They serve families with children very well, which was our case. About the flat, I advise Pollyana to change the double mattress, for those who are used to her good bed, it leaves a lot to be desired to sleep on the flat mattress for a few nights. In addition, everything was as expected, the city/village is very welcoming, the Lenços are amazing.

I loved the accommodation, the house was clean and tidy and as shown in the photos, it is close to the center, which was very good, Dina answered my questions and recommended restaurants, a guide. I felt very well received and well treated, I will return more often!
