Vacation rentals in Barracuda Lake

Casa Rafael was the perfect little bungalow for our stay in Coron. It's located in a peaceful little gated community only a short 10 minute drive from Coron Town. The bungalow has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Coron if you prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle of Coron Town. La Rainne Benedicto provided excellent communication before and during our stay, booked a car rental for me and gave lots of recommendations for things to do and see. I highly recommend Casa Rafael!

I don’t know where to begin. The place is beautiful! They ultimately had me at the view. The caretakers onsite are wonderful and very hospitable. My family really enjoyed our stay. It was so hard to leave. The view, the stars, the friendly dogs, the boat tour guides, each island we visited, the sunrise, our drivers, the clean house…. They were all excellent!! There were 13 of us total and you have to pay between 200-350 pesos per person for every island you visit which could end up being costly but I guess you pay for an intimate uncrowded island which I prefer anyway. I would definitely come back to this place again!

This is a beautiful property with great people and amazing views! The Villas are a real paradise! The only downside is that you will eventually have to leave. We felt extremely welcome by Jen, Peter and the staff. I have to say that my family and I haven’t been treated better at a resort or Airbnb. We were picked up at the airport with a van. The airport is 30 min away. Coron town is 30 min away as well. Jen will arrange for boat island hoping, diving, snorkeling, fishing or land adventures. Even if the villas are not in town you still have full access to all the tourist things you want to do if you choose to. When we arrived the first word that came to mind was “magical”! There is a restaurant and a bar between the two villas with menu you can order from. We wanted to try Phllippinian cuisine and asked them to just cook what is fresh on the market that day and to be part of the local food. Every day was different and delicious! We had lunch packed for our day and boat trips. Amazing

Beauty and isolation. I wanted to escape with an element of remoteness, to spend days swimming and relaxing in nature. This surpassed my predictions. Catered breakfast at sunrise and sunset. Days spent exploring the reef, snorkelling and skin diving, or kayaking around the nearby islands. There are fins and snorkels to borrow, if needed, and rechargeable lights for night snorkelling. Napping and reading, followed by more snorkelling. The rustic cabin was not lacking. The fans kept me cool. My cabin was on the hill in the trees, cooler than the lower ones. The internet connection was fast and reliable, though I wasn't making any video calls. Had a day trip to Black Island, David's favourite, and can't recommend enough. I swam with thousands of fish. I went snorkelling and diving with David at night, seeing multiple seahorses. David shared favourite spots to explore and, with Genny, helped planning my stay. Gennya was a ray of sunshine, ensuring that everything was exceeding expectation

Alloggiare a Rock Island è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile…Avere un’isola completamente per sé, una meravigliosa spiaggia a disposizione ed un ottimo staff è fantastico! Pamela si è sempre resa disponibile a fornirci indicazioni ed aiutarci, mentre il suo staff è stato davvero gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. L’isola è splendida ed abbiamo anche fatto un giro su altre isole con la loro barca. Il cuoco, poi, ha reso ancora tutto più speciale grazie ai suoi piatti cucinati benissimo! Insomma, un’esperienza da ricordare e da consigliare!

Raymond is very helpful and a first class chef. The food was amazing every day (both breakfast and dinner)! All the staff are super friendly and professional. Thank you 🙏 The views and surroundings are completely breathtaking and completely unique. Raymond also assisted with arranging boat tours. The tours (not connected to the AirBnb) we took were awesome. We have never seen beaches and corals like it anywhere. Be prepared to pay 200-300 pesos extra per person environmental fee at nearly every stop.

Es war sehr schön in dem Ferienhaus. Wir haben direkt ein scooter mieten können von der Unterkunft aus und so kommt man überall problemlos hin:) Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Küche und der allgemeinen Ausstattung. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr gut! Es wurde sehr schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfreich. Es gab zwar keine Waschmaschine in der Unterkunft, aber man kann entweder im Haupthaus per Hand waschen oder einen der vielen sehr günstigen Wasch-Service in der Stadt benutzen. Mit dem gemieteten Scooter ist das gut machbar. Vielen Dank für alles!

I enjoyed my stay at MJ’s bnb! The location is great and it’s really convenient to have a kitchen accessible. MJ is soo helpful - she helped me book two tours and I even did a great intro to free diving course with her team.

I had such a great stay at Thomas’s place! The photos really don’t do it justice it looks so much better in real life. The space is beautifully put together, super clean, and has a really good energy. You can tell Thomas puts care into every detail. Communication was smooth, check-in was easy, and I felt right at home. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a spot that exceeds expectations!
