The location is very easy to find, check-in was also very easy to do. The apartment is beautiful, everything is well organized with a wonderful view of the pool. It has everything in the description and a little more. And there are restaurants that deliver food to the apartment's reception. Not to mention, there are two cities nearby. During the day, you still have the park to enjoy!

Hello! I had already stayed a few years ago in the flats of Aldeia das Águas and this time I stayed through the airbnb platform, I confess that I liked it much more, because the apartment was fully prepared for 5 people, with all the appliances shown in the photo and a large refrigerator, which is very important for those traveling with the family. I really liked it and certainly, if I return to Aldeia das Águas, I will stay in Idel's apartment again. Thank you so so much!

everything perfect , apt clean and tidy, all kitchen utensils, comfortable bed. TV in the living room and bedroom. Air conditioning running perfectly, hotel with great infrastructure, friendly recreators. Very family atmosphere.

Very well cared for place, fresh and smelly linen waiting for us. Spacious bathroom, everything the host gave me had on the spot. I felt right at home. Super affordable value. I went with my wife, a couple of friends and my 10-month-old baby and we had a great time. I 100% appreciate Monica's commitment and education. She even left us a welcome treat. We love it!! And we will repeat for sure!!

I and my family loved the place. At no time did we see the host or someone responsible for the location in person, but they were always available by message and responded very quickly. The place is excellent the environment, a lot of space, the wonderful leisure area. Nadamos in the pool, we kayaked, it was beautiful. If we go back in town, we will stay at the mxm place.❤️❤️❤️

Fernanda was very solicited and quick to answer my doubts. Always kind. The Flat is at the end of the building, the two pools (adult and children) face the two doors (living room and bedroom) this generated a little noise, but nothing too much, because the time was respected and at 9 pm was already the silence I was looking for. For those with a child it is very easy to keep an eye out without having to leave the flat. I loved the working and clean kitchen utensils, including the fridge with ice. Very comfortable mattresses, including the sofa bed. A sheet was missing (resolved later). What a wonderful shower!!!! The infrastructure of the flat and the condominium are great, sorry they moved the SPA to the park and there is no laundry service, nor how to wash inside the flat; it was missed.

We had a very smooth stay. The house is great, very comfortable. It is close to the center and halfway to the Dinos park. The place is very beautiful, the pool is great and the garden is well manicured.

For those who want to get a fresh mountain air and at the same time being close to the city is perfect. We need to work and the internet worked very well. Excellent privacy because it is right in the corner of the plot. I recommend it to those who do not know to arrive before dark of the 1st time, because it is very dark and it can be difficult to locate. Anyway, it went well and it's worth the return!!

Victor's place is like the listing. Quiet, cozy place, provided pleasant days. Mr. Geraldo welcomed us very well. I recommend requesting the location of the property for him because the GPS takes a not very good road and there is a very good path that arrives at the property. For those looking for peace of mind, I recommend the space. I'm definitely coming back.

It was wonderful to disconnect from the urban routine and immerse yourself in the tranquility of Miguel Pereira. The accommodation is simple but extremely comfortable, and the affection of the owner, along with the welcoming energy of children and animals, makes all the difference. We had the unique opportunity to accompany the care of a complete vegetable garden, as well as interacting with chickens, dogs and the rich local fauna. Tucanos, squirrels, jacus and even a teihu crossed our path, making the experience even more special. The balcony, surrounded by the treetops, provided moments of pure serenity during breakfast and late afternoons. The owner of the house knew how to balance hospitality with respect to our privacy, which made us really feel at home. We were also fortunate enough to visit the Dinosaur Park and the city's coffee and chocolate fair, which were enchanting experiences. We returned renovated, with good memories and a desire to return to this special place.

Very helpful and polite host. The house is very wide and with a very serene energy, very good to sleep in the silence and wake up with the singing of the birds. My kids loved the pool. Children can play on the street like they used to I recommend to taste the cheese, cheese and candy breads of Dona Regina(in front of the field) recharged batteries! Gratitude🙏

The house is super cool, divided into levels, everything very new and comfortable. The kitchen is great, well equipped, and the leisure area is the highlight, the barbecue is very good. The pool was well used, even though it was a little cold. Finally, the friendliness of the owners was a plus. I highly recommend this house.

Luciana's place was a pleasant surprise! We were the first guests and we were very happy with the kindness and attentive way of Luciana welcoming us into her home, with a special highlight to Jonathan, who was always available to help us with any small problem we had in the house, always arriving in 5 minutes for any support. The house is beautiful, much more beautiful and complete than the photos, having everything you can need for a group of 10 people. You feel at home and we haven't had any discomfort, wifi working very well to do home office, and the light falling for just a few hours in a single day, but the house has a generator. Amazing air conditioning and totally wonderful pool, outdoor and indoor environment note mil. I highly recommend renting!

Márcia was an excellent host — super helpful, understanding and attentive to details. The house is great, very comfortable and well equipped, I felt super at ease. Pena that was short on time, but it was a great stay. I highly recommend it!

Perfect house, cozy and spacious, with everything you need for an amazing stay. Quiet condominium and great for children. We walked to Centrinho (15 minutes on a quiet floor): Túnel que Chora, Locomotiva, plenty of shops, Santo Antônio church, all on foot. We only used the car to go to Serra da Beleza and Cachaçaria Vilarejo. Close to the condominium, there is a bakery and a grocery store. There's a hamburger place that opens on weekdays. Most businesses only open from Thursday. The church is open on Saturdays, with Mass at 7:00 p.m. Hector was an extremely polite and kind host, an enlightened person! I can only thank you for the days of peace and joy I spent with my family.

Great structure to enjoy a few days with family and friends. The rooms in the annex are super renovated, those in the house are a few older but it has its charm of a family home. Please feel like you are spending the weekend at the grandparents' home The social area is all connected, making it easier to keep an eye on the children. The space was very clean when we arrived and all the utensils needed for cooking are available. Gabriel has always been extremely participative, presented everything and talked about some improvements he is making and what he intends to do on site. We spent 3 great days as a family!
