Natalha was super attentive and kind in the service. The house and location are beautiful, and the nearby restaurant is very good! I understand that we went in the low season, and our biggest annoyance - the heat and mosquitoes - has nothing to do with her service. I think it's a nice place to go in high season as a couple, or group of friends.

A lovely Place for those who want to rest or put readings and writing on time. Carol and Rogério are kind, good and extremely solitary people. We spent a wonderful holiday with swimming pool, barbecue, fondue, wines, books and affection. Our pets Coraline and Mia felt at home. Anyway, we loved it and will be back.

Hosts respond quickly, very welcoming environment to relax with the family, a very large patio and the advantage of accepting pets (we don't travel without ours.) We ended up staying more at the house, as the pool area meets our needs well. Whenever we had questions or needed anything, we were well instructed and helped. We will definitely be coming back!

Great house, very organized, clean, good location. As we went in the winter, we enjoyed the fireplace. We'll definitely be back in the summer to enjoy a beach too.

Our stay was amazing, we felt at home. We take advantage of every corner of the house. Great place for pets and kids. It was possible to notice the care and delicacy of the host in every detail. Bed linen and bath linen super-smelling and brand new ones. Kitchen and cleaning products at our disposal (something I have never had in that proportion in other spaces and that made all the difference). Full beach outfits and in great condition. Great stay! Nice place, the street is very quiet, close to the beach and downtown. Smell bedding. The space is just like the photos, with all the amenities advertised, including three bathrooms. Carina was extremely sweet from the start and flexible. We definitely recommend her!

The stay at Fabiano's house was very good td that you see in the photos you find at the residence. Whenever any questions arose the Fabiano was always available. As soon as we return.

It was all as advertised and as expected. Home was very clean. Rooms are good and spacious. Matchões are good. The barbecue is a great size, and everything is very rich. Refrigerator, freezer, stove, micro and oven working very well. As well as the showers. We went in the family, mine, my parents and my brother's family. It was very quiet. Children enjoyed the pool a lot. Quiet and safe place. There's a lot of things close by, and a super good on the corner.

And the second time we stayed at Ana Paula's listing! We like it very much! The condo is very good too!

the apartment is AMAZING... the view is SPECTACULAR!!! the impression you get... is that you are inside the sea!!! the apartment is spacious and well ventilated, the kitchen is equipped with everything we need to have a great stay, everything is very clean. Manoela is super sweet and responds to everything very quickly! Mrs. Márcia showed and explained everything very well, and if I had any questions... Manoela promptly answered me. only the garage is really small, as they said in the listing... but my husband managed to put our Tracker in it. We had great flexibility for check-in and check-out! It was an incredible time... the spectacle of being on the balcony, watching the beautiful sunrise... it's magnificent!!!! Although looking at that sky at any time... that Mars... it was always so beautiful!!! Anyway... it was a very special time that will stay forever in our memory and in our photos and videos!!!! super recommended and for sure... as soon as we have the opportunity, we'll be back!!!!

We spent two incredible days, warmed by a wood-burning stove and fireplace! It was great to renew our energy, create moments with the children. I recommend this chalet, very attentive host.

Janete is a fantastic host. She is very proactive, approachable, and always available, even when we had no issues during our stay. Her place is as described in the listing ans in the pictures: private, quiet, and perfect for spending time on the pool, walking on the very close beach, or chilling on the fabulous patio full of plants and birds. The house has everything needed to cook. The internet connection (wifi) is excellent, something we needed, as remote workers. We will return!

Casa is exactly the same as in the pictures, perfect for peeling in family or friends. The fact that it has 5 suites and still has extra single mattresses for the children is perfect, very well distributed and each couple/family with their privacy. The house's social area is very cozy. The condominium structure is wonderful. Letícia has always been present assisting us with agility. In new opportunities we are sure to return.

Guilherme is very kind, we needed to reschedule more than once and he was extremely helpful. Flexibility at checkin and checkout. S. Luiz, who received us, was very friendly throughout the stay. We liked it so much that we extended our stay a few days, and we're already eager to return. The view is great, 12th floor and sea view, better than the photos, our cats also loved it, they explored every corner!!! The apartment is very functional, large rooms, entrance to the balcony through the kitchen and the living room, independent, which allows for several environments. Garage closed, no repairs, perfect! Excellent stay, peaceful and quiet location. Access to easily accessible property, gated community, with all the infrastructure. We felt at home and Nilva is a lovely person. I recommend this place, which unites the countryside with beaches as well. We appreciate all the hospitality.

We had a great stay at the apartment! The location is perfect – right in front of the beach, with a wonderful view of the sea. The property was very clean and well organized, exactly as in the photos of the ad. The kitchen was equipped, wi-fi working well and the beds were comfortable, ensuring good nights of sleep. The host was very attentive and quickly responded to all the messages, which made us very comfortable. We also like the extra touches like towels, linens, blankets, everything clean and smelling and a wonderful welcome candy bar. The condominium is safe and quiet, ideal for those who want to rest (in this case in the low season). We are delighted and we will definitely return!

I spent six wonderful days. The little house is minimalist, but has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Lu resides in the back, in a separate house, so that privacy is maintained, and she answers quickly if necessary. The place is very quiet, day and night. You can enjoy the breeze and the sound of the sea. I highly recommend!

Very nice and pleasant house to stay in, we felt at home. All renovated, and well maintained, very nice barbecue area, close to the beach, it's great to go with family or a group of friends. They had several games available, adult and children's, it entertained the whole family. Communication with the host was great, and she was very flexible. With some improvements, the house would be perfect! We'll be back for sure!

The stay was perfect! The house is a work of love and art, with signs of affection in every detail making us feel at home. We bathed in the river and sunbathed (about 15 minutes of walking), went to Cascata da Forqueta (by car + walking + trail) and it was very worthwhile! It's beautiful! We saw armadillos on the road and big jararaca lizards on the trail. If there is someone in the group who is not used to hiking, it is better to look for other waterfalls, there are beautiful options. On the road there is pastel and cane juice, there is also Rua do Comércio, with a market that serves very well. The valley is beautiful, the mountains are mesmerizing, the family (which we were lucky enough to meet) is charming, and the house, which has their affection expressed, is perfect. The family is close but the privacy is total! Drinking coffee while looking at the mountains for hours, enjoying a wine by the fireplace at night were an important part of this experience, where time stopped for us. Go and be happy as we were, and have beautiful memories like the ones we brought back!
