Staying at his place was truly an amazing experience. When we initially planned our trip to Himachal, we had decided to stay at his property on the 9th of May. We left for the trip on the 8th, but unfortunately, the situation between India and Pakistan escalated that very night, and we had to cancel our plans and return home. Early on the 9th morning, I messaged him to inform that we wouldn't be able to visit and also requested—though with little hope—that he might consider a refund. To my surprise, he was extremely kind and refunded the entire amount, even though it was a same-day cancellation. We finally visited his place the following week, and it was absolutely wonderful—well-managed, peaceful vibes, and a great caretaker. If you're ever visiting Shimla, you can confidently choose to stay at his property. Highly recommended!

The place was absolutely spotless, including the washrooms, which were exceptionally clean. The balcony view was stunning, and even my pet had a wonderful time! The rooftop restaurant served amazing food with a lovely ambiance, and the room service was quick and efficient. First, what matters to all of us is a responsive Host. Saurav is super responsive, always available, and made us feel truly valued. I have been to so many Airbnb's and like all, this place was exactly how the pictures look. It's private yet not lonesome. I felt safe and secure with my family. I never need to think again, where I am staying in Simla. I felt sad leaving, because I could have stayed a month and Saurav's listing. Thank you Saurav. I can never forget the wonderful experience we had.

A big and well maintained house with a fully functional kitchen. The cafe closeby serves good food. The caretaker and host are pretty responsove too. Good place to enjoy staying in.

The stay was really pleasant. A fully functional bnb with the best view. The house was close to the mall road yet away from the hustle bustle. If one wants to spend some peaceful time with friends or family, this is the place to be. Anjali is an amazing host and helps you with everything that's important. The house caretaker Bishamberji was really helpful. It was an excellent experience.

a quaint quintessential hill cottage close to the church/mall road. Was with my 4 year old daughter and 65 year old mother and they both managed the steep walk albeit with a few breaks. The house was cozy and well maintained with loving wear and tears. Worth the stay

Last time we stayed on the ground floor of the cottage, but this time we decided to book the entire cottage and it was the best decision ever! Had a nice and comfortable stay at Nitesh’s place. He was proactive in calling me when I had questions about the property and was available on call when needed. The place is strategically located near the main Shimla highway, making it easy to do same day trips to Shimla, Kufri, Chail, and Kasauli. The house has all basic amenities and the helper is available quickly in case one needs anything. The place also has a nice roof top restaurant.

Great place to stay, lovely view , the best thing was the balcony where we stayed most of the time at our stay there looking over the mountains, great host very friendly , the place is 30-40 min drive from mall road, only the last 200 metre is little difficult to drive , the place looks even better than the photos, great escape from the rush of city
