Very nice home with lots of privacy and comfortable room. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Mia was a great host. Very responsive, excellent communication, very nice small touches throughout! I loved the big fluffy towels (no one liked the feel of small, cheap ones), and the bed was extremely comfortable. My niece & nephew came by and thought the theatre room & Pac-Man game were “awesome!” I love that there is already a Netflix login too. Thank you!

Another wonderful stay at Phong's! I'm always happy to see when his place is available and I snatch it up immediately. Safe neighborhood, very clean and all necessary amenities available with a responsive, conscientious host!

we went there for a bachelorette weekend and had an amazing time. The host answered all my questions I had about the place and even allowed an earlier check-in. The views are beautiful and we loved the nature surrounding the house.

I would stay here again. It could have been us, but it wasn't clear from the listing that the bedroom/bath were on the 3rd floor and that we could use the 1st floor living room area. The second floor had a kitchen and living room area as well, but apparently those aren't for guests. Not a problem at all, just not clear to us in the listing. Maybe we overlooked these details. Also, the bed had matching pillows, comforter and fitted sheet, but we did not locate a flat sheet. Again, maybe this was noted in the listing & we missed it. Otherwise the place was comfy, clean and bright. Definitely a great value compared to local hotels (Hampton, HI Express, etc.). If there's a next time we'll know we're climbing 3 flights of stairs to the bed/bath rooms & that we can use the 1st floor to stretch out & enjoy some TV! Please consider Shawn's place if you're in the area.
