Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bari Sardo

This place was unreal. So peaceful totally private an absolute paradise we literally had to tear ourselves away as we did not want to leave at all Hosts were very quick to respond and helpful Would definitely recommend Heaven on earth!

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

We stayed with our dog for a week at Matteo's. The house is simply fantastic. In a few minutes you are on the beach on foot, which you almost have to yourself at this time. From the house you can hike and discover the coast. We can only recommend the house.

We had a great stay in Baunei thanks to this awesome apartment. Everything is exactly as in the pictures except for the view which is even more great in reality. It’s hard to navigate a car directly to the house, the streets are very narrow, so it’s definitely recommended to park at the main street and walk there. Beds are very comfortable and it’s super calm. We enjoyed it there very much!

Good stay, The apartment must be very nice in the middle of summer! We lacked a little natural light, which is sought after when it's very hot.

Had a super relaxed time! The apartment is small, but very well equipped. We particularly appreciated the terrace, the outdoor shower and the barbecue. Also great that mosquito nets were installed in front of the windows everywhere.

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It's not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca as well as Adriana and Ariana. From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. We had a wonderful stay at Marcantonio's, who is very friendly. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was of course the highlight and the view of the mountains from there was beautiful. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, as we had imagined. We got delicious wine and lots of useful tips. By car, we were able to reach various dream beaches and excursion destinations in a short time. Our next Sardinia vacation will be spent here again.

We enjoyed it very much. We were greeted by a very friendly lady who led us to our accommodation. Everything was very clean and modernly furnished. In addition, communication with the host in between via WhatsApp was very straightforward and comfortable. We felt completely comfortable and in good hands. We would definitely come back!! It is only important to know that heating up the hot tub takes a really long time. So plan enough time ;-)

The host was very kind and responsive, literally one of the best hosts! Place was cute with great views, liked the vibes and architecture of the kitchen and windows. Could use a little furniture update in the living room and bedroom. As well as new linens / towels.

Alexandra's apartment is a home away from home. Tastefully decorated and truly breathtaking views from the balcony. Wonderful place to start and end the day. Alexandra has made sure that nothing is missing .. complete kitchen, washing machine and even a workout you 🏋️‍♀️ can do: We had a wonderful time in the Supramonte .. beautiful hikes to dazzling 😍 bays. I loved this place and would absolutely go back. Giuseppe was so accommodating. The view to the ocean was super peaceful. And the jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after climbing. Will plan on staying again for sure!

Great apartment and location. The apartment was as advertised. The location was first rate. It was close to the marina, where I’d highly recommend renting a boat or taking a guided tour to hit all the beaches. The beaches are amazing and touring the caves and hidden beaches was amazing. There are many restaurants nearby, notably a place right around the corner offering to go boxes for your hike or boat tour. We went in May and there were other tourists, but SMN didn’t feel “touristy.” The townspeople were very kind and accommodating. In summary, I highly recommend this property and will likely book again.

Great stay! Everything as described! Super nice apartment, plenty of space in the terrace, private parking, air conditioning, great location! The only minus is that there is no elevator and some rooms have a direct connection, no doors and you have to go through one room to get to the other.

We stayed at the accommodation for 5 days and we felt very comfortable. Everything was as described and we especially enjoyed the terrace with the great view in the morning and evening. We highly recommend it. The place is also perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We thought it was nice that it wasn't such a typical tourist spot, but real and original. In a few minutes, you can get from the apartment to restaurants, a grocery store, the harbor, etc.

The two of us felt incredibly comfortable and at home in Eva's pretty, bright and tasteful accommodation. The furnishings are as good as new, the amenities very good (towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, glasses, etc.) and the terrace sensational. There was also a delicious welcome greeting, which we were very happy about. We fully agree with the other 5-star reviews! Our highlight was the location of the apartment: enjoying the fantastic view of the sea (including sunrise) from the bedroom, living room or terrace and standing on the beach in just 12 minutes on foot, which was still wonderfully deserted at the end of April. Shopping, breakfast and eating out were also easily possible on foot. The numerous restaurant tips from Valentina and Eva were very helpful. We tried different ones every day. Everything was great! Valentina's availability was very good, and the contact was straightforward and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Francesca was a wonderful host, facilitating a great visit for our family group of nine. On several occasions, Francesca helped us to identify activities and providers that created wonderful experiences for us, including an epic day-long boat ride to Cala Goloritze. We had 3 separate units, one for my wife and I, and one for each of our two children (and their spouses and our 3 young grandkids). Each family having their own space was ideal. The unit is well furnished, and includes kitchen necessities and items for enjoying the local beaches. There are terrific outdoor spaces for family time together., and one can see down the hill to the town and sea (the unit is at the edge of town, but quiet as a result). The value provided by Francesca's unit(s) was outstanding. Our adult children rated that stay as their favorite of our trip. Full disclosure notes are that there isn't great sound isolation between units, and it's slightly tricky to find the first time (but Francesca met us).

Just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Cala Gonone port, the apartment is very convenient yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. The place is huge with a large terrace. Nothing to complain and would definitely come again if we visit Cala Gonone in the future.
