It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Francesco and Stefania's. Everything was as described. The apartment was stylish and clean. The kitchen had everything your heart desires. And also the beds were very comfortable. There was a great outdoor area and a large garden. Our kids had a great time with the 3 lovely dogs. It is not far to the sea and the mountains. Francesco and Stefania are two great hosts. Always there when you need them, but also very reserved, so you always feel like you're alone. We can fully recommend this property and would be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. Huge spaces that allowed us to manage a large group of friends. The girls have fun playing in the boundless and well-cleaned outdoor spaces. All this is nestled in the Marche hills that I love and just a few minutes from the sea. A stay that I wholeheartedly recommend! Mrs. Lella, who welcomed us, was kind and helpful, ready to solve the small and large difficulties that you have when you are a large group. Worthy guardian of this wonder! Thank you again!

Mark & his beautiful home were simply incredible . The property has been restored to perfection. Every single little detail, Mark has thought about. This place is idyllic & serene with breathtaking views & nature at your doorstep. The mountains are just outside, so my husband was out practicing every day for his next bike race. My daughter & i loved relaxing by the pool & visiting all the nearby medieval villages & Forts. Mark was the best informative & kind host that we have ever encountered traveling around the world. We cannot thank you enough. Until we meet again.

Sergio was a very kind and helpful person. The apartment is small and basic but very clean and I was able to cook basic meals (there is a gas stove and a small grill type oven, which I didn't use). The kitchen equipment is basic but sufficient. The shower is excellent! the bed very comfortable. It is in a quiet and peaceful location. I had a great time and used it as a base to visit Fano, the seaside and the hills, all on my bike.

Relax in a village from another time!

Relax in the village that is stated in the listing, this is completely correct we had rented an apartment with four of us. There was a bad mattress on the sofa bed, which we reported right away the day after. Within fifteen minutes there was a new mattress on it, action was taken immediately. Helpful and friendly staff, the breakfast in the morning was fine, we would definitely recommend this for a relaxing holiday!!!!!!!
