We are happy to rent out our separat guesthouse with sitting area, large dining table that can also be used for work, fitness corner and a 2-person bed. The bathroom and toilet are separate. A private terrace has also been thought of. The "Tilburg University" railway station is within walking distance, as is the walking forest. An AH, Subway and Taco Mundo are also nearby. Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.

Our house has a spectaculair view over a pond and the biggest windmills of the Netherlands. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 big bedrooms and 2 smaller rooms on the 1e floor. We can receive additional kids at the house. We have new airco units in the house. 2 private parking spaces behind the house 10 min walk to the historic city centre of Schiedam. Train and metro on walking distance.
