Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Lage Von der Wohnung aus können viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie die Haupteinkaufsstraße in wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreicht werden. Die Straße ist mit ihrem Kopfsteinpflaster, den historischen Häusern und seinen vielen Gängen eine der typischen Lübecker Altstadtstraßen. Um die Ecke befindet sich der Elbe-Lübeck-Kanal mit schönen Spazierwegen. Zwei historische Freibäder können Sie zu Fuß erreichen.

Bed linen can be booked for a fee, The pool is equipped with a counter-current system and is free of charge from 8am to 10pm. The sauna is available for a fee. Two barbecue areas and covered seating on the play and sunbathing lawn are available to guests.
