This is my first time visiting Tunisia, frankly I was not disappointed. The space was spacious and well ventilated. Karim is super nice as well as the concierge Moustapha who is very attentive. NB: respectful neighborhood!

Hedi's place is great if you're looking for an easy, reliable, private, calm space. It's best suited for people who have something to do in the city. It's in Lafayette, so there are lots of interesting people around and you also don't feel far from the old Medinah. There are also lots of cafes, fast food joints and two supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is bare but functional, but to be honest I found I would mostly eat out. The bathroom is comfortable. The bedroom was fine and there's some space for storage. The star of the show was the air conditioning unit :) The washing machine is also functional. The host is really kind, flexible, happy to discuss and fix things. From the book collection I'd guess he's a nice person. Compared to the other options available in Tunis, I'm happy with the stay.

The apartment is as described and has everything you need. It's within walking distance of both the Medina and the city center. The terrace and balcony allow you to relax outdoors and enjoy the beautiful days. Youssef is very kind, friendly, caring and always available to help if needed.

Very nice Villa with plenty of space and privacy, perfect for a big group or family. The host was very responsive and accommodating so I would definitely consider staying here again when I next visit Tunis.

The host was really helpful and friendly, he arranged our transfers from the airport with a really small charge, that’s been really helpful and saved us lots of stress, once we arrived at the villa he had a really warm welcoming, the house it’s really spacious and clean! Really nice rooms and really big spaces, everyone has been lovely to us even on the day we had to leave. I would definitely book with Amir again. Thank you.

I start with the host Aziz who is very courteous very responsive and discreet The villa is beautiful the photos on the site do not show all the hidden of the villa in reality the villa is much more beautiful than on the site and a very nice surprise The villa is very authentic and true to its time while offering a formidable comfort. A bookstore is available to occupy young and old as for athletes, a beautiful pool and a large field for exercise We left reluctantly at the end of the stay

apartment as described and the rental met all the conditions, not very far from the airport, you really find everything you need within walking distance of the apartment in 20 minutes you are in Tunis city and as for the beaches of Tunis, the marsa or sidi bousaid not very far by taxi for a few dinars clearly not really time to get bored, a big thank you to lili and her family who were really welcoming all the time available and responsive they inform you and guide you if necessary I recommend lili not 100% but 200%.

It was a pleasant stay. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and spacious. The area is quiet and the building is well secured. There are two supermarkets nearby, restaurants and tea rooms. I highly recommend it . I want to emphasize that the owner welcomed us well and gave us a lot of attention and did his best to make the stay enjoyable.

Great space for groups traveling! There are two apartments right next to each other so you could rent both out at the same time for larger groups. We had plenty of space for our group of 10 plus more. I would recommend this place for sure. The host is very helpful in fixing any issues.
